I came across Chilli Wizards as I really love hot vindaloo and Phall curries in the cold winter months (hot spices are a great anti-bacterial and internal cleanser)

I ordered on Saturday 3rd and by Wednesday 7th I had my Vindaloo Ghost Pepper powder and the Phall curry powder which, as it's snowing, I can't wait to try today.

I'm delighted with Chilli Wizards, money off for simply signing up and once I've enjoyed this I will be looking to adding more hot nuts and crisps to my next order

An excellent company I'd highly recommend and will be using again myself in future.

Missed an item out of my order - only £3-99 but it's my £3-99 not theirs. I've tried to contact them 4 times since - zero response.
Having read other reviews here & on Google I strongly suggest keep a wide berth.

Quick shipping, standard delivery was a few days. Well packaged. Everything weighed slightly over.

Paid for an order, allegedly dispatched by first class post, but nothing has arrived.

No reply from customer services.

If you like donating money to random people with a website, go ahead and choose some products (you'll never receive) and throw your money away - if you actually want some chilli seeds to be delivered to you, go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE.

(Another tip, if you want to send an email randomly into space knowing that it will never be read, their customer services and admin email addresses are perfect for just that.)

Received part of an order about three weeks ago with a note on the invoice saying the rest would be delivered the next week. Absolutely no communication since then, I can't submit the contact form on the website for some reason and the customer service number goes to a company which comes up on my phone as a completely different business.
I have had issues in the past with communication from these guys, and this is the last straw. Will not order again.

Ordered reaper powder from them via Amazon they sent by royal mail 2nd class delivery royal today has been delivered to the wrong address is it their fault? Yes they selected the delivery method I don't even know the address it was delivered to but GPS coordinates displayed wrong street name

I placed an order with chilli wizards on 11/05/2024, as of today 03/06/2024, I have not received my order. Despite contacting the company on numerous occasions, I have had no response to my emails.
There is no excuse for this type of customer service.

Ordered dried pods, paid through PayPal and order is in processing now for 2 weeks. Still no Shipping info or details. Not answering phone. Not answering emails.
Very disappointing first encounter. Will file for refund if no answer in 2 days.

I love there no salt curry seasoning and would give these 5 stars, but i am struggling to get the assistance needed to set up an account directly with them as it just leads me to a blank screen when trying to place my order. I usually go via amazon but I want the cheaper prices and to buy in bulk. Currently feeling a bit let down. If I get my order placed I will up the stars I have given ,can't be fairer than that. Finding it very frustrating.
Have changed review to 5 stars as I got the help I needed to place my big order,and it all came today. I love the no salt curry and madras seasoning.

Fantastic dried chillis. I bought a selection of bagged chillis and they are tip top. Everything else went well too.

These guys are my No1 without any doubt whatsoever!!
Everything I’ve had from them has been to the highest standard and has tasted out of this world, along with freshness and being fully flavoured.
I will always use chill wizards and no other supplier, I’ve done my homework and know (fact) that they source their products responsibly and specifically from the best producers and crops.

Atrocious company. Didn't think to read reviews on a company selling Scoville powered products, so ordered a good few different bottles of El Yucateco and some other bits and bobs. Weeks later it dawned on me, no package! I phoned the company direct to enquire what was happening and tried to speak to a rather rude and obnoxious individual whom I could barely hear for the two colleagues she had cackling and shouting right next to her.
The pathetic excuse she gave me for my parcel not turning up was apparently because Paypal hadn't forwarded them the transaction details. Funny how my Paypal account and more importantly, my bank had all been kept in the loop - both showing that I had lost money to these swindlers!
Then I looked at Trustpilot . . .

Ordered some unusual chili seeds, including hard-to-find Syrian Aleppo. Great value and very prompt delivery. If only they sold Benac seeds.....

Awful company they promise free items and then do not send what they promise and then try and make excuses rather then do the right thing. the customer service is terrible

As with other reviews, order placed and never received, only contact with them has been auto generated emails.
Complaint sent via PayPal who they also have not replied to.
I'd suggest ordering is a bit of a gamble as to whether you receive anything or not going by my and other experiences here.

I'm very impressed with all the chilli products I have purchased recently.
From chilli chocolate limes to ghost chilli flakes and Carolina powder...
Execellent quality.
I'm a VERY happy customer and will certainly order more products.
