Success challenging council tax banding for London flat built in 2013

Andrew successfully managed to get my daughter’s council tax band reduced from an E to D on a London flat built in 2013 even though she had only recently moved in. This is a saving of hundreds of pounds a year going forward plus a backdated refund. Andrew knows the rules inside out and successfully represented us at tribunal.
