See Nir Hakim’s positive review - he RUNS the company lol. Do yourself a favor - google “findusnow.com”…..This is what they renamed it. This is a nationwide scam! These people came here from another country to rip off Americans. They keep moving from state to state and changing their company’s name. Side note: Women should NOT be alone with anyone from their company. BEWARE. That is why all the reviews stating they have different names. Ask for their license number, company address, owners name, etc. They won’t give it to you.

Contractor is clearly over scheduled and not given enough time at a property. He damaged our wood burning stove.

BEWARE!!! Your chimney will not be cleaned or scoped/inspected properly. The individual who showed up was nice and courteous but spent least than an hour at my home. When completed we were blindsided with a bill for $399 after being quoted $99 for sweep and $99 for inspection. Neither of which we believe were done properly. We were billed by a different company(Rapid Service) and not Chimney Sweep Minnesota. BEWARE!!!

Horrible customer service. I booked this for my family and they did tell me $99 to start a d more if additional things needed to be addressed/fixed. They came to the house and told my aunt the same thing. Less than an hour they were done and handed her a bill for $399.00. The bill has a different company name on the invoice and their truck has no company name logo or banner. I have called twice now to get a break down of the bill and asked why the invoice did not say MN Chimney sweep, they said they put it on the wrong invoice???? They promised 3 days ago to send an email with the details and updates updated invoice still no answer. I called again today they do not answer the phone MN Chimney Sweeps (quite frankly I don't know what they say). Bottom line, beware this could be a scam.
