The analytical headings are very descriptive and self-explanatory ! But it does not mention the concise anatomy of the flat ! How many bedrooms does it have ? How many windows are there ? Is there a shower in the bathroom ?

CHiMNIE This website providing a photograph of my home on Google Estimated value of property Minimum to maximum. The house is not For Sale. I appreciate they're providing potential buyers to the style of homes available for their own own business interests only. Not recommended.

Surrey is a superb county to live in

Current value too low for this high spec new build detached house. Air quality is now better now that there are many more electric vehicles. Access to all major motorways, M25, M3, M4, A3, M40, M1, M23 are probably the best anywhere. Green spaces are abundant, Surrey Heath, Chobham Heath, woods, canals, rivers, parks, all within walking distance.
