This is the single worst company that we deal with in China.

Damaged parcels, excessive rates, zero customer service, add-on fees once they have your packages, etc.

Use any other shipping company but avoid China Freight at all costs.

This company will trick and manipulate you with a low initial cost. Once they get the hold of your cargo, they will start adding services and fees that does not exist and they have never done. I would never do business with this company ever again.

I was searching for reliable shipping company with reasonable prices. At beginning everything looks fair and honest with reasonable price for delivering my goods from China. They got my packing list and calculated price as my needs.
As soon as my goods arrived to their warehouse, they started to repacked my goods with so many reasons. After all repacking my final price rised of 50%!!! More than I paid on first invoice. My products became hostage at their warehouse. I have to pay the balance, otherwise would not make economical sense to walk out of the deal and start everything all over again.
When my goods finally arrived to US, I immediately find some of the products was unrepairable damaged. As soon as I contacted the China Freight, they started to blame other trucking company and refused to pay compensation or replacement. After I paid invoice to them I can’t contact third parties shipping contractors.
Have to mention, that 50% extra, was charged to make my goods save through the shipping.
Please don’t get hooked up on sweet talking about their caring services and responsibilities.

Almost tanked my business, scammers, essentially give quote, store in warehouse for DAYS - then give higher quote to release.

Aside from all that their AIR FREIGHT is literally slower then sea. Almost tanked my business, what a nightmare.

English is non-existent, you can ask the same question over and over and basically get no answer. Actually not sure if it's a lack of English or them just toying with you...

Hands down my worse forwarder experience shipping from China.

First they give you a quote based on the right dimensions you give them which sounds attractive to lure you in.

Then you ship your products to their warehouse, give you a new way higher quote. If you want to cancel the shipment they will charge you an absurd amout of money simple to release your inventory.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS.

Never, never try this forwarder. If you want to loose all.
