Highly recommend using this service. Staff were very communicative and it was easy to organise tickets in advance for what was a busy Labour Day holiday period for train travel in China. Staff were proactive in making sure our passport details were correct and sent helpful information for an easy trip. Will definitely use their service again!

Purchased high speed train tickets from Guangzhou to Beijing, everything went smoothly. Communications was prompt and clear.

We used China Highlights to book our rail tickets, from Shanghai to Xi'An and from Xi'An to Beijing. Which is exactly what they did. Basically, you book the trip, they send you a payment link. They also provide you with the direct contact details of the agent that's taking care of your booking, another plus point. Albeit that you will need to use WeChat to contact them.

Overall booking was easy! Except did not reply for my request for a lower bunk from Hong Kong to Beijing:( once I paid and got my booking.

My overall experience was excellent. I used CHT to book a ticket from Beijing to Xian.

A storm came through Beijing which cancelled many flights and trains. I couldn't get the train site to work, for me, to check that status of my flight. I contacted CHT and they checked the status for me. Upon learning it was cancelled, they were able to rebook me on a train that left only two hours later! I was incredibly grateful I used CHT to book my tickets otherwise I would have been stuck in a travel disaster!
