They are scam
They are scam. I made an exchange and after the exchange the phone number I provided was changed. The first receipt I received had my original number but the paid receipt changed a digit. I contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do about it until I make a new exchange, like how is that possible. I got scammed by your system or whatever and you’re asking me to make a new exchange so I get scammed again.
I’d advise everyone to stay away from Chinaitechpay and get other legitimate services instead. DON’T GET SCAMMED BY THEM.
