Excellent Service from Chipbays
Can not fault Chipbays service. Purchased a new screen for a laptop when, it arrived there was a slight crack in the screen, contacted Chipbay and they sent out a replacement within 24hrs. Excellent service.

Had some trouble with my first class delivery, but it was not Chipbays fault so i got in contact with them and they were absolutely amazing. Probably one of the quickest email repliers and i got a refund the same hour i asked for it. Highly recommended

Item arrived on time, carefully packed, But I had ordered the screen only to find the repair couldn't be carried out easily and it was easier to just use the T.V, email to Chipbay resulted in a same day response to return the item and the money would be credited back; Without any attempt to try to get me to buy something else - no credit note conversation!!
Item returned and within a couple of hours of receiving it an email arrived saying my £89.00 had been credited back to my account.
Great service, polite and helpful staff and competitive prices.
