Cannot fault the service for our leaf blower, shredder. Mowdirect kept us informed of delivery details and the excellent product was delivered very speedily. A bit tricky to put together but we assembled it in the end.

Sadly the replacement scarifier came (a french model) but the oil bottle had the top loosened so 30% of the oil was all over my machine. The guide book was in pidigin English, in parts misleading in one section it told me to move the choke to 'on' when it meant 'off'. Most of the pics in the booklet were too small to figure out and the references to the figures from the text were completely wrong. Unacceptable.

Took ages to confirm my original order was no longer in stock even though they said it was on its way originally. Had alternative offered which I agreed only for it to arrive with fault and despite numerous chases be me still waiting for them to call me.
