Good service. Tractor mower arrived within the timescale and unmarked. Cover, ordered additionally, wasn't included due to an oversight, but was despatched immediately when notified.

Item out of stock but not told until 2 weeks after order processed upon phoning...
Unfortunately, my order was accepted but the item was out of stock and I only found this out when I called to chase up my order a week after making it. I've given them 2 stars as my refund was made a few minutes after my call but disappointed I didn't get my item. Luckily Screwfix had it.

Im sorry your mower isnt so good on wet grass. Make sure you keep it on a high setting and perhaps only cut using half a deck width at a time and see if that helps.

The machine is very good, excellent quality runs well, but unfortunately this company dont supply Northern Ireland but they do supply UK free, we have been part of UK for some time now, so disappointed

Unfortunately it is costly to ship to Northern Ireland and then there is the issue if anything goes wrong with the machine it would need shipping back to the UK as it is very difficult to find agents in Northern Ireland who are willing to look at machines that they have not sold. It is just not viable for us and proves difficult for the customer.

Bargain
Went together very easily, ours has a hole in the collection basket but didn't affect the using. Could do with cutting a little closer and is awkward to start when warm, but for the price it's a bargain so far

Great Back Up Service
Hedge Trimmer arrived quickly but after an hour's use just packed up. I took it back to Chipperfield and having looked it over, they swapped it for a new one without fuss and made sure that was working. That is GREAT SERVICE!
