Ive made several attempts in contacting support. The person in charge of the VIP reloads and Bonuses (Free spins) is the admin and he no longer was replying back to my DM on Telegram. SO clearly the admin was deliberately ignoring me. There is no excuse for this AND i still have not received my reloads or my free spins.

They refused to make the payment
They refused to make the payment. Support claims that payments are processed automatically and that I am required to increase the allowance, the total amount bet in order to make a withdrawal. They do not inform me how much more I should bet or the date on which I can withdraw.

got banned without any reason, I tried to contact live support so many but no one answer me :). trash web dont deposit money on this scam.

I deposited 35 usd in hopes in making some money today. I barely broke even and decided to call it a day. I tried withdrawing in ltc and noticed it was taking longer than usual so i contact support where Deedee says "Occasional delays may arise due to network congestion or processing queues. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your transaction is being processed and will appear as soon as it's complete." I wait and contact again 2 hours later where he replies with the same thing. Then another 2 hours and they say "If it gets reverted, it's typically due to insufficient withdrawal allowance, meaning you'll need to place more wagers to increase your allowance." which I don't understand as the withdraw says it was a success and he did not explain why I need to bet more which made it seem like he want me to lose my money. Then the conversation was moved to Kris where he says the same thing Deedee said at the start (6 hours in). 1 hour later and the withdraw gets returned back to me and I ask if he can swap the cryptocurrency as it look like they have issues with ltc but he said it's not possible. Then on the 8th hour he says I am banned for violating T&S rule 3.5, 2.1.17 and 13.1 and give me a bullshit email for me to send which I have to contact support team about this. I am level 28 and considered VIP but they mute me in chat saying I was banned when other people in chat was also having issues withdrawing and will not answer in live chat what they will do about my withdraw or even return the deposits i make today even though i lose $200 3 days ago. I'm sure they will never reply to my email and if they do I will edit the review but I was given poor treatment for a vip.
