Purchased 2 dresses advertise on website following a video review on their dress. It was absolutely gorgeous in the video. Whatever happened after ordering the dress came and it was hideous and nothing like what I seen. I disputed the charges on PayPal as the only return address given to me was a Chinese address and Canada Post would NOT accept this (for obvious reasons). Finally after months of fighting PayPal agreed in my favour THANK GOD. I got most of my money back.

I couldn't return an order for 100 dollars, everything arrived terrible quality and they didn't give me the opportunity to return it, they sent me some address in China... I hate myself and them that I ordered from them... it's a scam, fraudsters

Products arrived totally faulty and there is no way to return bar 2 email addresses which of course do not respond! Should of known better really - do not order from here

I should have known better, but I took a chance and ordered a dress from them. Surprisingly, it actually arrived in two weeks, BUT IS WAS SEWN INSIDE OUT! This was a two layer dress so you couldn't just turn it right side out (Believe me I tried) I sent them a ton pictures and they said it was supposed to be that way and that they would never sew anything wrong. Ok so the labels and seams should face out??? They are a scam. They would not let me exchange it and offered me 50% off my next order. NOPE NEVER AGAIN!!

If I could do a negative 10 stars I would. This company is horrible. Everything shows they are based in the us but this is completely not true. They products are shipped from over seas. I ordered several months ago the first time I go no info on when the items were shipped. In fact I got nothing to me email for the purchase at all. I reached out to them and the find my provided me with tracking info but all that was there for the address was city state and zip code. Needless to say I never got my package. They supposedly sent it out again. This time provided a tracking number. 3 months later I still don’t have it. Same this before the screen shot they showed me of the tracking info only shows city state and zip code not my street address or anything. Now the website they gave me to track the shipment doesn’t even work. I have check several other track sites and each time the tracking number comes back as invalid. They said that the carrier said it was delivered. Guess what? It never was. I work from home so am here every day. This company is a total scam!!!! Do not waste your money. When I requested a full refund they stated they can only get a part of the funds from the carrier. This is such a scam

I placed an order back in April, one item arrived the other didn't. The item that did arrive was not as advertised and was manufactured to a sub standard. Contacted the company who made out they were based in Australia, charged in USD but based in Hong Kong, they advised that I would need to return the faulty product at my own expense in Chinese writing for Australia Post. Shocking company obviously trying to rip people off DO NOT PURCHASE anything from CHINA.

I just received my order but it’s too I would like a smaller size I’m wondering how do I go about a return or did I just lose my money? I haven’t heard anything as of yet

Please do not buy anything from this store. I ordered an item and because it was not shipped I sent two emails asking about that. Unfortunately I never got any response.

Scam. The clothing is not what you see on the website and they won't refund you your money when you want to return it.

Ordered early December Still not arrived despite many emails still no response. Absolutely disgusting that this can still as I have seen by other reviews is still allowed to Carry on.🤬

Wrong sizing...poor quality...and will cost more to return than you paid for the merchandise...they will not give you a full refund either....30% at most. DO NOT SHOP WITH

This is a warning. They are using someone else’s likeness and store front who owns a legitimate business to sell product. If you notice in the background, the store name is whited out. I was able to take a screen shot and zoom in to determine the actual name of the store and then google it.

It’s awful that this poor young woman is having her likeness and storefront used to scam others and she may not even know it. This happens often on Facebook.

I ordered December 29th and still not recieved my order.
I emailed them asking for a refund and their reply was ‘there’s a backlog with orders’, my subsequent emails have all been ignored!
How are companies allowed to get away with this?!

Wish I’d read the reviews before losing money on the tracksuits for my daughter for her birthday ordered 28.12.23 still not arrived, emailed several times never replied

Wouldn’t even give a one I have ordered the white fox tracksuit for daughter Christmas and still waiting! no reply to emails after having what looks like a automatic response saying due to Christmas delays nope what a scam dreadful

I ordered the white fox tracksuit for my daughter on the 3rd of January 2024. Yet to arrive , still waiting!!!
Sent numerous emails,I've heard absolutely nothing .
