I purchased 3 pair of shoes January, 2019 and only received 2 pair MONTHS later. I’ve still not received the 3rd pair as of July, 2019. Also, I’ve been conversing with the company via emails and still NO refund, product or resolution!!
M so happy with the customer support and product. Got my dress in 5 days. Fabric is very good. Very satisfied with the dress.
The pictures and prices are tempting, but do not be fooled. The sizes are completely off, and return shipping prices from Canada end up costing more then items purchased. They also only shipped part of the order (on an order I paid express shipping for) and refuse to reimburse me for an item I never received. Customer service only responds every couple of days, so ended up having to file a dispute with credit card company. Not worth the hassle.
I ordered a pair of shoes half a size bigger & when I received the shoes they were too small & they broke the very day that I got them when I tried them on. They have TERRIBLE customer service, no way to contact them aside from a whatsup app texting service which they don’t reply to! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
Do not order from them!!!!! Never got my order, have to dispute it with my bank. Noone responded to several of my request.
