Very poor - ordered twice now and none were despatched in the time quoted… I had to do all the chasing.. customer service is poor, wigs may be competitively priced, but if they can’t deliver what’s the point…. They say we’re checking the wig over - rubbish they are waiting for it to arrive from America…. They they said the cap was faulty so they didn’t despatch it… my opinion is stay well clear… pay a little more but at least you will revive it… that’s 4 weeks I’ve waisted waiting…

If you're buying from Chiquel because you were seduced by the Instagram posts and heavily advertised sales and discounts then just be aware that any wig that is discounted is NOT eligible for a refund, store credit only.
I would only use them to buy pieces that you are replacing (because you have worn them before) or have tried on elsewhere. Some of the pieces are extremely expensive, it's dreadful that they refuse refunds.

Communication was excellent. I ordered a product that was a preorder and was recommended something similar that was in stock and less expensive. Loved it! They also recommended the sizing as it was a gift.

I have been buying budget wigs for a while to try and get used to them and find my style. Now I am ready to spend more for quality. I can really tell the difference in fit and comfort. The service and communication was great and I will definitely be back for more
