No more bland chatbot answers (supplement brand)

Our default Shopify chatbot was giving really bland and unhelpful answers to customers, so when George and Mike approached us about Chirpy I was keen to try it out, but was pretty sure it would be another robo-sounding chatbot. But genuinely I was amazed at how the answers sounded exactly like a dedicated custom support employee (the one I can't afford yet). Not sure how they trained it, but it is really natural. Especially love how it lets customers add products to cart inside the chat instead of navigating to the product page. So smart! Setup was easy for a non-technical founder like me, and now I’m loving not needing to be online 24/7 to catch customers inquiries. Thank you guys for building this (and for the generous free tier)!!!
