I ordered a patio set and they took my ID which I thought was weird, I then got an email to say complete your order which I had already done but the item was incorrect so I emailed back to say cancel that I’ll re-order which I did (was rushing first time thought I didn’t complete) again Id photo taken called them left a voicemail emailed no response absolutely nothing I think this may be a scam and not they have my Id
