Never again

Never again! Ordered a”luxurious cashmere jumper “ was never cashmere as advertised and extremely poor quality fabric from Chloe and Evie based in London according to their website and is based in China. Contacted the company and only offered 10% and not refund as stated on their website chloeandevie.com.
Will never buy from this company again. The sellers argument about shipping cost is irrelevant, they sold me something that wasn’t what they advertisedShocking customer service and inaccurate/misleading product and refund information. Have reported them to trading standards for misleading and false advertising.

Never again

Never again! Ordered 2 DRESSES from Chloe and Evie based in London according to their website.
Disappointed and surprised when 2 separate Tops and Skirts arrived! Very poor quality fabric. Contacted the company and only offered credit note and not refund as stated on their website chloeandevie.com.
Will never buy from this company again. Shocking customer service and inaccurate/misleading product and refund information. Have reported them to trading standards for misleading and false advertising.
