We can confirm your order was dispatched promptly and correctly labelled with the additional requirements of the post-Brexit Windsor Framework for deliveries to N.Ireland from the UK, last Thursday, following receiving your order Wednesday evening.
The delivery option selected was the Standard 2-4 working days delivery (this doesn't include weekends or the day of collection by Royal Mail), so the earliest we would expect your order to be delivered is today (Monday).
The Windsor Framework parcel / delivery procedure isn't supposed to be interfering with delivery time-frames, but it has been our own experience that an extra days delay is not uncommon.
The Royal Mail tracking attached to your order does show it has reached the N.Ireland mail centre on Sunday afternoon.
For customers that require their orders in a hurry, we do offer next day / 2 day delivery options at checkout, depending on the delivery address.
We trust your order will be with you in the next day or so.

We were very sorry to read that the selection box was not to your taste, the chocolates being made without artificial flavourings and reduced sugars and therefore not generally having overly-long best before periods.
The Honeycomb is a high cocoa content, milk chocolate bar with notes of honey and toffee sweetness. Its 50% cocoa-content is far higher than usual milk chocolate, that has a cocoa content of around 33%.
