Delivered to Opposite Side of Country!

We ordered a replacement lid 2 weeks ago and didn't get a delivery confirmation. When I looked up the tracking number, it was delivered over 10 days earlier! It was delivered somewhere in Washington state, not to Alabama, where we actually live. While a replacement lid would be adequate, we likely won't order from them again.

Cancellation, no response, no refund

There was a partial cancellation of order, which I did not receive credit for it. I emailed customer service and have yet to hear a response. The shipping is extremely expensive and doubles when adding things to the order, then when the company canceled half of the order, the shipping remained the same and too was not refunded along with the product.

Hi there,
We've responded to every single one of your emails and provided detailed explanations about what's going on, but we haven't received any replies from you.
“Hi, there
I apologize for the delayed response.

I was ill and only resumed work today.

Before processing your order, we sent you an email requesting your order number. After waiting for three days, we received no response. This is part of a promotion we're running for Amazon customers to enhance our service. That's why the price is only $1, and each order number is limited to purchasing one lid (the promotion details are clearly stated), and you ordered five at once.

Regarding shipping fees, since the cup lids you ordered are considered value-added services and are not stored in the same warehouse as regular products, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We canceled four lids but still shipped one lid, so the system will still calculate the shipping cost for the item sent.“
