We were really looking forward to this…
We were really looking forward to this experience, but it didn't go as expected.
This wasn't a good experience. We had booked a tour in English on 31/8 at 12:15.
Our grandson doesn't understand English. Our guide asked him a question in front of the rest of the group. I explained to her that he doesn't understand English, after which she asked me to translate her question so he could answer. This was one of the worst questions she could possibly ask him. (When you don't know people's situation, you should never ask personal questions).
This was repeated with another child that didn't understand English either.
This was supposed to be a fun day. We were supposed to learn about the cultivation and production of chocolate which we did , but unfortunately we were greeted by a strict school teacher.
Luckily our grandson was happy with the bar of chocolate he had made and the shop itself was delicious.
