In hindsight, it was the company i bought from, not the company that delivered

The eyelashes I bought took 6 weeks to arrive. When I got them, they were uneven and trying to get an invisible magnet off was impossible. There were no instructions and yet daily emails responding to my complaint, asked me for photo's, then the photo's were too big and then they wanted them again on a white background, then they wanted a packing slip which had never been included in the first place!. Totally unacceptable product and complete refusal to refund despite my saying I'd send them back. Wish I could have scored 0 out of 5! Please don't DON'T trust this company!!!

Save your money, they copy legit companies but supply an inferior product from China.
I bought the baby feet product, which it turns out does nothing. They tell me that they can't offer refunds, it's not company policy.

One star is too much! Started doing research after getting the run-around (should have done research first) found this website called TRUSTPILOT, with 17 pages of people experiencing the same problems. Half of my order finally came in after a two month wait. I ordered two sets of eight lashes that would use 2 sets on each eye. I received two sets of 4 lashes (not sure how those are supposed to work out, but they stick out in a straight line). Played the email correspondence game (35 emails to them and 35 "we're so sorry, we'll look into it" emails from them. I have argued until I am frustrated, with no results toward making this right. So, I believe I would be a horrible person if I didn't do something to prevent other people from experiencing this same rip-off, therefore, everything I am posting here, I will also post to Facebook, Twitter and my other social media pages. I have principles... too bad they don't.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered "magnetic eyelashes". When they finally arrived, THEY WERE JUNK. A little plastic case with flimsy, dollar store looking eyelashes and the magnets falling off. I wrote the company repeatedly asking for a refund and for them to stand behind their product. They kept making up excuses. First they asked for a picture of the damaged product, which I sent. Then they said that they will not send a refund unless I send a photo of the packaging,which I no longer had. SCAM ARTISTS who do not speak good English. No contact address. BEWARE.

This company is terrible, very bad products and even worse customer service. I ordered the eyelashes and they're terrible. I also ordered a bra and was asked to put in my cup size which I did and then I clicked 10, thinking I was ordering a size 10 but I actually ordered 10 bra's. I emailed the company immediately and they sent me an email asking me to respond within 24 hours so they could stop my shipment, which I did, they failed to stop my shipment. I was then told it was no problem, all I had to do was fill in the attached return form and they would refund me, well no return form attached. I have since emailed them 13 times trying to get my money back and they have given me different reasons as to why from, hygiene reasons (even though the bra's are all in their original packaging), to you needed to respond within 24 hours (once I pointed out that I did in fact respond within the specified time frame they came up with a different reason), we only refund if product is faulty. The worst people I have ever dealt with.

After seeing the ad on FB I decided to order the lashes. Experience same as everyone else's - great concept but poor design. Only received one pair when the picture shows 2. They look ridiculous on! Straight, don't cover the whole eye, you can see the magnets, and my kids just laughed and said you aren't really going to wear those are you?! Even tried cutting them so I could just put them on the outer corner of the eye and they still look crazy. You can also tell within the comments from the ad that the company deletes all the negative replies so you just see the positive ones.

I don't even want to give them one star!!!! I ordered the magnetic lashes in July. Money was taken out of my account as soon as order was placed. I emailed customer support over & over as to what was taking so long to receive my package. First they said they have many orders & it take a while for them to ship (comes from China!). I told them they should not take money until they actually ship! September comes and STILL nothing. Then, they said my order showed as delivered on Sept 11th, so I would need to check with USPS or my neighbors. I have cameras around my property, so I know the post office has not tried to deliver anything on that day or any other day! They refuse to refund or resend since it was "delivered"! Total scam!! Beware!!!

Absolute scam. Took over 2 months for my lashes to arrive and once they did there was only ONE lash in the box. Emails to the company were not returned, so I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Stay far away from this company.

Magnetic lashes. Ordered in July. Tracking info not valid. Used PayPal resolution as they stopped answereing emails. Finally got lashes, total rubbish, one pair when two were pictured on website, really poor quality.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! Their products look NOTHING like what they picture in their ads and on their website. Worst of all: there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!!! There is no way to even contact the company to complain. This company is based in China and the product is crap!!! SPREAD THE WORD: NEVER BUY FROM CHOICEST1!!!!! If you do buy from them, you will regret it until the day you die!!!

Purchased 2 sets, received 1 tapered lash and 1 bushy lash. Not 1 set tapered and 1 set bushy, just 1of each. It took over 40 days to receive and customer service is a joke. I keep asking for a return label so I can get a refund and am getting the run around. Terrible.

The worst online shopping ever!

There's been almost 3 months since I ordered my shipment. Did the package arrived to any of you? Yeah, me neither. I should had trusted in the bad reviews I read for all around the internet.

NEVER, I mean, NEVER buy in this Choicest1. They answered your emails with "Well, this is our policy", that means you have no right to refund, to cancel the shipment after 3 months of waiting....

Use your money for anything else. Making a fire, for instance. Would be more useful that buy in Choices1

Wish I read all these reviews before I placed my order... ordered magnet eyelashes almost 2 months ago, still haven't got them...

I ordered the magnetic lashes and the black deep cleansing mask. I kind of figured with it being in China that it was going to take some time to get my order. I received my order today after about a month I believe. Both products came and in great condition. I have yet to try on the lashes but they seem legit and the mask tube is a little smaller than I thought I would get but it's all good. I did read the reviews on here after placing my order and thought well I jus wasted 30.00 but I jus waited it out to see if it would come and it did so I can't complain.

Rubbish services and cheap products.
I brought magnetic eyelashes and after waiting 3 weeks to arrive they don't work! Immediately contacted the company and they are refusing to give a refund

First they said no to a refund but when I quoted uk online consumer law they asked for pictures of the eye lashes not working. I mean how on earth could a picture show a magnet not working?!

Then they asked for a video but are still saying a refund wouldn't be given. Am now having to claim a refund via my bank.

WORST COMPANY EVERRRRRRRRRR!!! Waiting for over 3 months, no lashes. I have messaged customer service demanding a refund or to speak to management at least 20 times to no avail. They say they dont provide refunds once an order is "processed", but I never received anything, and they admit that I haven't!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, great place to throw away money if you like that kind of thing

RIPOFF - This company sucks!

I wish I had found this site before I ordered magnetic eye lashes! They're a total scam! How can we get Facebook to stop letting them advertise! I don't think they ever shipped my order! No intention- total scam! I placed my order July 12 and was notified it shipped on July 14. 4 weeks later I began to contact them about my order not arriving. They first gave me a Tracking # that said my order was in China- arrived in China at end of July? I didn't even know they were based over there. They told me to be patient and that they would look into it but it was the same email BS every email with zero info on what happened to it. No attempt to send details about where it may be or ship smoother. They gave me a $1.50 credit because my order was taking so long but it was a payoff of far too little! They refused to refund me since it's their policy once the order had been "fulfilled" but it was fulfilled because I never got it and I don't think it was ever sent!

I ordered the magnetic lashes from this site 2 months ago.. asked for a refund as item hasn't arrived but apparently it's against their policy?
I have a tracking number which says it was shipped on 30th July which was 5 weeks ago but it's still in China?
I'll be going to PayPal to get my money back the thieving scam artists!

Update: item finally arrived and was definitely not worth the wait! The magnets fell straight off and are no use what so ever! Complete waste of time and money.

Fraudulent !!!! I ordered from them 2 months ago, and still haven't received my order...I have repeatedly asked for a refund in an email, since that is the only way to contact them.....Beware
