I had read other reviews on here and I was cautious to order - however I couldn’t have been more wrong! I ordered a pair of Michael Kors trainers on Friday and by Monday (even though it was a bank holiday Monday) I received confirmation of dispatch. I had the shoes by Wednesday. No issues with the shoes at all and they were on sale so we’re cheaper than other places I had found. I paid with Klarna to be cautious in case anything was to go wrong, but everything has been spot on! Would recommend!

Terrible. Never received an item I ordered and was accused of being dishonest! Disgusting wouldnt recommend

after i had a bad experience with choice first time out i saw something i wanted on the website so i thought i'd give them a second chance and too be fair everything went smoothly received my items a few days after placing my order and sent back one i didnt want and got a refund a day after they received it so they deserve the five stars this time.

I was worried when I ordered it as I didnt get a order confirmation when I ordered it but 2 days later I got a message saying it will be here in 1 hour so very impressed with the quick delivery

Was worried about ordering because of other reviews however I received the right item and it didn’t take long to come. It didn’t fit when I can as I ordered the wrong size so I sent it back and they refunded me immediately. Really impressed!

I ordered with choice said my delivery would be 5 days came in 3 instead. Very quick delivery times especially in a time like this. Definitely will shop there again.

Avoid this website. It shows items as on sale, or at a lower price. Yet when you click on it. Says out of stock. Yet you go on the site and they have all sizes and colours available. Very strange how they can advertise for a cheap price but once you click on it it's not available but it actually has it for full price.. stick with asos or tessuti or mainline. Or house of Frazer. Stay away from fake sites like this. It wouldnt surprise me if the stuff was fake. I did email them four times with only one reply automated reply... I also took a video of how false they are just to prove a point. Trust me... stay away

Disappointed placed an order for two items both items were dispatched but only received one. I have contacted Choice on all social media platforms and email. I have spoken to My payment provider who have advised to let 7 working days to pass and they will then dispute the full amount as apparently this company is known for this. It’s a shame as the website has some great stuff.

Amazing!! So happy with how smooth everything went! I ordered a Moschino jumper and some trainers on the Sunday and by Tuesday (2 days) it had been delivered! I couldn't be happier and i would definitely give it more stars if possible!

Absolutely shocking website. Ordered some shoes to be emailed 4 days afterwards saying they no longer had them in stock and will send a refund.
Avoid at all costs! Awful website.

I have received my Men’s Zanotti Trainers today which are exactly what I ordered from Choice and very happy with my Purchase! I have shopped in Choice beforehand in store but their Online service is just as good if not better! Fantastic Service and in time for my Birthday! Can’t say fairer than 5 Stars!! Delivery fast too with DPD!

Very bad customer service! I ordered some trainers for my son and they were too small. Contacted choice who will not exchange as I was 2 days out of their 14day return policy. I thought we were only meant to be leaving our house for essential reasons only, due to Corona virus!!!!

Received no order confirmation contacted customer service within minutes had a reply with apology and my order confirmation and my delivery status so quick and efficient and helpful

I was hesitant to purchase clothes from this stores seeing the bad reviews on here. But just thought I would give it a try and used my CC. They were very good. Placed the order, after two days I had it delivered via DPD.

Ordered a Christmas gift at an excellent price. It arrived quickly but unfortunately it didn't fit the recipient so I had to return it, taking advantage of the extended Christmas refund length. The refund was processed quickly. No quibbles.

Recieved an item not remotely simulair to wat i orderd. They wanted to pay have back have of what i payed so i don't have to pay the shipping cost for returning the item. This is how they work and how they earn money a pure scan.

Bought some Mallet trainers from these guys as a Christmas present. Cheaper price than most other places. Arrived on time but the box was badly damaged. The customer service team sent out a replacement within a few days. Good customer service communication. Little delayed between responses but expected this time of year.

Awful customer service!! No help what so ever, after purchasing a Moncler coat as a gift, at a price of £1000, it didn’t fit my partner.
We went back to the store 4 hours after I purchased the coat, for them to tell us that they couldn’t get the correct size, no stores had it and the warehouse also didn’t stock it. I asked for a REFUND, not because I didn’t want the coat, but because they were unable to supply me with one that fits.
This is against their customer policy, so could only give me a credit note.

£1000 credit note???? When they are the ones that cannot find me the correct size. AWFUL customer service, not one girl knew what they were talking about and wouldn’t put me in touch with head office.

Took it directly to Moncler and they resolved the issue immediately!
