I started out by purchasing around £400 worth of clothing and accessories. I was thinking how my girlfriend would love it if I surprised her. I bought them two weeks before her birthday. Shipping is meant to be 3-5 working days. I then recieved an email two days before her birthday saying more than half of the items were no longer unavailable. Right, so they said they would refund £220 back into my account. I then waited 3 weeks yet I still saw no money in my account. They said the refund should take 4 days max to get the money back. So overall, bad customer service, no notice and just tge worse experience I've had shopping online.

A couple of weeks ago I ve ordered a jacket and jeans for my Son. Received the jeans with the alarm/ Security tag attached. Had to sent the jeans back in order to get rid of the alarm. It s been Almost two weeks now and the still haven t received the jeans back. My e-mails regarding the whereabouts of the jeans remains unanswered.

When I ordered from Choice Store, I thought that I might have problems because I’ve seen a few negative reviews and buying the last size really made me worry.
But as a pleasant surprise, I’ve received my order in 2 days after shipping and it was the correct size, it had no defects and Choice Store processed my order as fast as possible.

Stock problems
The stock of items is very unclear.
So you order something, pay for it and then a week later you get the message that the item is unfortunately out of stock.
Then it takes another few days to get the money back.
This happened a few times and can be annoying. So it would be great if choice could update their stock more frequently.

Very poor service and incompetent
Very poor service, I ordered a matching MCM set consisting of an expensive Backpack, wallet and trainers.
After 13 days all I have received are emails from E-Global confirming my order has changed and the main item (the backpack) taken out.
Then reprocessed the whole order telling me you've just sent me the accessories only and a refund will be granted in the next week.
Do you think your customer wants just accessories? Cancel the whole order!!!!
This was a birthday gift that went so wrong, you've let me and a valued customer down massively.
A company aiming to be a high end company with a low end service and back office..
