I got a pair of shorts from them and overall the shipping process was fine. The shorts had a few loose threads and so when they emailed me to ask for a review I just gave the shorts three stars and said they had some loose threads. It seems like they just don't post the reviews that aren't 5-stars. It wasn't even like a super negative thing I just said they were defective and they don't want people to see that. It's not like I was looking for a refund or anything I just think reviews should be allowed.

Awful service. I placed an order for a pair of washable MMA gloves and paid in full; I was really excited, order 121815. Next day they've frozen my order because my full name does not match my Credit Card. This is because I utilise a pseudonym, because I am very lucky to have done very extensive study in Cyber Security and IT and know businesses are hacked all the time.

They then wanted tonnes of ID and verification. I asked, customer rep. "Lisa A.", does this business even encrypt my information, is my password in plain text? I told them I refuse to authenticate in any way and told them they lost a customer. Lisa never tried to win me back as a customer or anything and she just said, you have been refunded and have a nice day.

If you type in, support(at)chokesports(dot)com into https://haveibeenpwned(dot)com/ it will reveal the account has been successfully had it's credentials stolen in 2018 via the Apollo startup website. Furthermore, their post, https://www(dot)chokesports(dot)com/blogs/news/beware-of-scam-site shows how they have ALREADY been successfully scammed because they refuse to buy the choke-sports URL deviation for their website.

YOUR DATA IS NOT SAFE. Do NOT shop here, I've nearly 20yrs of exp on eBay as a buyer and seller and recommend you try there instead.

I ordered a belt with a specific size. Being a custom made belt, I'd expect to get exactly that, otherwise what's the point of entering your specifications? I always wash my gear because sweat gets everywhere and I washed at a normal 30 degrees Celcius. It shrunk a lot though, and well below the 270cm I was counting on. Not on the product page, but on some other page did 'customer service' say I should've looked where they said that all their products shrink to some degree. If that's so they should've put that on the &*!@ product page! Now I have a ridiculous looking belt. I've been ripped off. Bad service, bad information. Don't go there.
