Order not fulfilled, no comms
Over two weeks since my order and no masks delivered. I called chasing and an 'Adam' said he'd sort it out but hasn't.
Very disappointed.

They failed to process my order after taking my payment on their website. i had to contact them multiple times a week later and eventually got a response from them via twitter, the ordered hadn't been processed.
Once they finally processed the order i heard nothing for weeks until i contacted them again to ask about the shipping. Almost 4 weeks later with no shipping status one of the items i ordered finally arrived, with no communication to where the other item is at??
I've emailed them saying i only received one of the item i've ordered and i've had no response back.
Terrible service, don't fall for their nice branding.
