When they don't want you to help you. They don't take your call and dont answer to your emails
I called them to help me find a new insurance agency since my current agent been increasing my rates every 6 months. At the beginning were friendly and helpful and give the email of an agent with my current insurance provider.
I send an email to the agent and no response. Then I called Mylo on different occasions and nothing until next week finally someone got my call. I told her about my situation and tried to find someone but she couldn't. Then later that day and different agent reply me back telling me that couldn't find a better insurance provider. So I think they just have a contract with this provider and don't want to give me other options.
I don't recommend it, they will tell you that the provider would not increase your rate but they will.
