I’ve had such a great experience with Choozy Health! The product really helped improve my sleep – I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and refreshed. I have been using Choozy for just over two weeks now, after a friend introduced me to the company.

While I am not a bio hacker, I wanted to improve my sleep and recovery, so my ears perked up when he spoke highly about magnesium and what it had done for him… I like the transparency Choozy offer; their product and packaging is slick and their service is great…
I am sleeping better and notice more consistent recovery scores on my Whoop too, so would definitely recommend giving them a go!

Absolutely love CHOOZY, where has it been all my life?! As a Women's Health Specialist who is marathon runner and triathlete, often I feel so fatigue that I wake up still feeling tired. However, since taking the magnesium glycinate I have been feeling more alert and recovered. I have also noticed feeling less 'groggy' in the luteal phase of my cycle & I recommend it to my clients constantly!

This is the real deal. The most pure magnesium and I have tried many brands. Has helped my recovery and sleep improve greatly. These guys are on the right road for clean pure supplements. I hope they do more like a pure Creatine would be awesome.

The capsules are amazing. I’ve never had a better nights sleep and every night now I take a capsule. Easy to swallow and most effective.

I’ve tried many different magnesium products before Choozy, but none really had the effects I wanted - to aid my sleep and recovery. After trying Choozy’s Magnesium product it was clear this was different to the rest. Having the highest quality glycinate form of magnesium has worked wonders to my sleep now and therefore I couldn’t recommend this product enough!

My sleeping was appalling and unbelievably that has all changed. I have only been on the product for 10 days and will definitely continue.

Been using the Choozy Magnesium for about 2 weeks now, no issues tolerating it whatsoever. I definitely feel more relaxed and less prone to feeling anxiety. I take two caps in the evening before bed, but if it’s a rest day and I’m aching from the gym, I will take one during the day.

Simple and clear branding too that tells you exactly what you are getting and the benefits. Also has a focus on sustainability which is nice consideration and forward thinking. I also love the bottle. Very handy for taking caps to work or on a trip.

Really great experience so far.

I met Choozy at a recent county show and was initially sceptical as I've tried a lot of magnesium from big companies and it hasn't really worked. However the team came across as passionate and really knowledgeable and I was sold.

After taking it for just two nights - I'm actually amazed at how much my sleep has improved. I thought it would take longer to build up so wasn't expecting such quick results. Even my Oura ring is surprised and has jumped from 'solid' to 'strong' and my Resistance is score is up. Maybe not related but quite funny timing.

So far I'd say this is the best magnesium supplement I've taken!
