I followed Deepak Chopra’s work for over 25 years. His teachings shaped my spiritual foundation and helped guide me through important chapters of my life. That long-earned trust is exactly why this moment feels so deeply disappointing.

Public reports linking his name to the Epstein files, followed by a complete lack of accountability or transparent response, have caused real harm in the spiritual community. Ignoring this and continuing as if nothing happened feels like spiritual bypassing—not wisdom.

True spiritual leadership requires integrity, courage, and truth, especially when trust is shaken. This was a moment to stand up for those who believed in him. Silence has done the opposite.

I also find his statement that “God is a construct” while “little girls are real” to be deeply disturbing and profoundly unsettling—language that feels ethically hollow and spiritually sickening, especially coming from someone positioned as a moral and spiritual authority.

Horrible customer service: totally unresponsive via email and app. Absolutely impossible to cancel trial period. I will dispute charge. This organization teaches honesty, love and care…LOL : they are thieves!

They sent me a free 3 months trial offer as an apology for technical issues within an app. I subscribed and immediately went to cancel as I do with all free trials I do not intend to keep- to not forget to cancel before charge - which as mentioned here seems not possible- the support email has not responded my emails so far within 3 weeks. I will be resetting my bank card to not get charged.
This however seems like a pre-planned trick what they did to me! Because that offer worked only through website where Apple Store cannot interfere.
I am disgusted and cannot think about spirituality when seeing this app in my phone, not mentioning mediation.

Be careful! deleteting an account with them will not unenroll your bank card payments.

The customer service is so bad as despite sending emails there is no response. They took out money for a subscription renewal approximately 1 month before the expiry date which showed on the app and didn’t even provide a response. The content of the app is very good but be warned you will not get a response if you want to cancel and they will just take your money.

Huge disappointment! I have been a customer since the very first days. Although the yearly cost of the app is quite high, as a customer I have encountered multiple technical issues. Since the beginning of January I have had more days without rather than with access to the app. And extended the subscription to compensate for that inconvenience does not seem to be considered. We keep receiving messages from the support team asking for our patience but mine had run out of limit. I have already marked my calendar for subscription cancellation when I approach the renewal date. Definitely not worth the €76+

I've subscribed to the meditation app for two years (not on auto-renew)and enjoyed it some 300 times. For the second year in a row-with no advance notice or request to renew, it just stopped. It doesnt recognize my email, like I've never had an acount?! This year I'm pretty sure I still have 3-4 months left on my subscription. The customer service phone number isn't working. I emailed support and received an automated message ala "due to very high..." Something is not right-very disappointing.

I have a subscription with 6 months to go and I can no longer access content. I’ve tried deleting the App numerous times to no avail. I’ve written to Chopra twice but only received an automated response. The second time I wrote in the subject field automated response will not suffice. I’ve been without it for two weeks now but clearly won’t be able to get in touch for a refund. Very disappointing.

The app never worked when I paid for it through google play. I attempted to contact the app multiple times. Huge waste of money!

The meditations purchased for a discounted annual fee of $50 are invaluable to mental health for those who desire to learn to meditate. In this day and age when psychological, physical and emotional stress are known to contribute to disease and violence and dysfunction throughout society, if every American took this practice seriously, our country could be healed. If one person practices, the lives they touch are impacted.

I purchased a luxury retreat back in 2020 but Covid pandemic hit and everything was camcelled. They were very accommodating at first but my family and my health were hit hard. I called to reschedule after everything opened and then couldn't go anywhere because of severe pain. Now in 2023 they told me I only was able to use my credit for 2 retreats because he was going to discontinue his retreats. 1 is sold out and the other I cannot go to. I have called and emailed the company numerous times and noone is returning my calls. It wasn't a cheap retreat. I would hate to Los this money. Don't

This is a serious scam. I purchased the Oprah and Deepak Chopra mediation bundle in 2021 for $199. Unknowingly this signed me up for the annual subscription that cost $69.99 per year. I didn't realize I was paying that fee the past two years until I noticed it on my credit card statement today. No email ever came saying I enrolled or that it is set to auto renew soon. I called their customer service and they will not refund the charges.

Never subscribe for anything and also material is commercial rather focusing on health and essence of meditations.
No customer service and the unsubscribe link unavailable or not executable. Totally not customer friendly. Feels like an hacker in my email!!

I wish I would have read any of these reviews before hand.

Beware signing in to any of Chopra's newslestter or courses... Their customer support is non-existent and it's impossible to get hold of anyone to solve anything.

Completely waste of time and money.
I paid for my meditation which disappeared after some time. Didn’t even manage to use it. Contacted few times the help centre with no responses for my plenty e-mail.
I wouldn’t recommend this app.
