My recent interaction with Chordify was mainly a wish a few things in the user interface could be different because of my own limitations. When wondering if i could communicate to Chordify, the wishes, I was pleasantly surprised that Chordify has a channel to accept such communications and seems, straight to their development team (or sent to it) . After submitting the requests, The shock set in. Chordify actually responded :) How often do we see things like that? Shortly afterwards,Reading t their responses, I was impressed how they handled it. And actually communicated their thoughts on the matter. Latter ,followed up with updates on the status. The preliminary decisions,thoughs and approaches on the matter. in my book, that's says a lot. imo. . a Little about my initial early use of the Chordify App it self, bjhWhich will become obvious imo. When starting to explore the possibility's of playing "anything" on a keyboard (after coming from percussion), Plinking around with utube music vids, Hopping around guessed at scales Not even knowing How to play chords,or even what notes were in them. A huge wish materialized, "It be great if something was added to utube to detect and stream chords,I fell off my chair when i discovered Chordify. Always thinking "How can i learn the basic chords without figuring them out?, Reading pics of them,and figuring out what chords the song s were using didnt cut it. After Using Chordify, i learned all the basic chords in a very short time to my surprise. imo, The concept and idea of Chordify is fantastic for my current needs. With the professional responses received from the Support Team and Developers , There is "No wish to "Activate a BeeKeeper" with this team . :) Bottom line: Impressive. imo

At this time. Chordify doesn't fit in with the plans I have to continue my musical progress. As a trained sight reader, I play by notes rather than playing by ear. Having said this, Chordify is an excellent program to teach and enhance using playing by chording. Even though Chordify doesn't meet my specific plans, it is an excellent program. I would highly recommend and endorse Chordify.

Following a confusing email from Chordify about a re-subscription cost, they were very fast and courteous in responding to the issue. I was very pleased in how they handled it. This aside, I find Chordify a very good way to find and play along to songs....my guitar playing is coming along very nicely. Just a pity they don't offer a way to improve my singing :)

Had a problem with accessing saved setlists from the mobile platform. Emailed support and Henry resolved the issue very quickly. Thanks very much for great support!!

Chordify is just a superb app for musicians but especially new guitarists because you can transpose and practice any song at any speed!
Great practice and as you learn more chords it grows with you!

I had a couple questions about my new 1 year membership that started in February 2026 & Chordify rep responded immediately with answers.

I had a few questions, and they answered them promptly and well. Also if you don't like auto-renewal, (which I don't), you can cancel your subscription, which will still stay in effect to the end date, and then be reminded to re-sign, if that is your choice. They also have chords for Ukulele, which is my preferred instrument.

Chordify provides tools that make up a valuable part of my guitar-practice program. I've been a subscriber for several years. It's a treat to play along with the musicians one loves. Chordify also helps one develop one's own music compositions. It's the only music application I've ever had a desire to subscribe to. I've had occasion only a few days ago to contact support staff with an issue for the first time. The agent addressed it promptly, and in a friendly manner. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend Chordify. I have had this platform for about 3 years. I recently had a problem with Chordify not generating the lyrics so I contacted them by email and it got fixed within a couple of days. so if you are wanting to learn songs then here is your sign as the old saying goes!
