I had a technical problem and Chordify were quick to rectify it for me

Payment glitch was addressed & solved quickly to my complete satisfaction.

And all done by a "bot" as it was over the Xmas holidays. :)

I realised I was asking a very dumb question based upon my basic lack of "musical knowledge". Thanks for your answer, I'm loving your product. My 12 yr old granddaughter has been learning guitar since she was 5. I showed her how I'm using your product as a novice and she was impressed, not always an easy thing. Thanks

Customer service (Yeonjoo) was responsive and addressed my issues promptly.

The Chordify app is a god-send for those of us who can’t afford music lessons but still want to improve our skills.

My subscription renewed on the 8th Dec 2025. I asked for a cancellation and a refund on the 18th Dec 2025 - within 14 days - but nothing has happened and no response from Chordify.

It's what I expect, even more, for my musical level, and of course budget affordable price, thank you guys for joy I achiev with your help. Yes, you're great and don't change it, simply keep going

The only thing to be aware of Chorify will automatically renew your annual subscription at a grossly inflated price.. Remember to cancel before auto renew, wait for their special offers latter.

Not only was my question answered quickly I was treated with care and kindness. My 'experience' was 15 to 24 December...every contact was dealt with speed and courtesy by Chordify staff.

Chordify has excellent customer service. I had an issue. They handled it quickly - initially through accurate AI and then followed up next day with a real person. I'm really impressed.

I have been using Chordify for years to practice ukulele and guitar. Whenever I contact them, their response is speedy, kind, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent music app and, once you find how to contact them via the website, very good at resolving any minor issues that may arise. In my case I had email addresses and passwords mixed up which they quickly sorted with a helpful and positive attitude. 👍

Cordify is a great resource for learning to play songs. The design and functionality of the chordify.net site are well thought out. The site actively supported !

Chordify Support is excellent -- questions are promptly answered and issues are quickly resolved.

Chordify is the best online music site for musicians.

I decided to upgrade but I was a bit confused about how my basic subscription would be converted. I emailed my query and heard back within 24 hours. Have since upgraded to Premium and very happy I did.

Chordify is the BEST, App for learning chords, absolutely brilliant.

I can't say enough about Henry, when I had problems with the Loop feature he instantly replied to my Email and solved my issue...
