DO NOT BUY: Received $2,000 Defective Device DOA — Zero Support, Refusing Exchange
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Chouohc (ChouChou Tokyo). I purchased The Morpho Wand ($2,000), and found out it was defective after trying to charge it.
I contacted customer support the very same day it was delivered—requesting a return shipping label so I could exchange it for a working unit. I am not asking for a refund or being dishonest; I simply want the working product I paid for!
It has been over a month. The device has sat untouched in its original packaging while their support team gives me the runaround, promising a specialist will contact me, then completely going silent. They boast a 2-year warranty on their website, yet they won't even honor a 1-day exchange for an item that arrived defective. Calling their North American line results in unreturned voicemails.
Buyers beware: if you receive a broken item, they will abandon you with a $2,000 bill and no way to exchange it.
