I m order the cap 8 days ago. I paid extra for 48 hours postage. 5 days after the order I spoke with Christian Rose who said they would refund me the delivery cost. Not sure if I'm getting that, or the cap as its still not arrived.

Item didn’t come for 2 weeks and they had the nerve to not pay for the postage! So I had to pay twice for delivery fee otherwise Royal Mail wouldn’t give me my item! Customer service is dreadful! Shame because the brand is good but as a business…. Shoddy!!

On delivery the box arrived battered. When I then wished to return the item, it is apparent that the usual 14 days to return applies but no actual returns process is provided and neither is a returns address.
I can see from other users experience that getting a refund on a return seems problematic.
Not very impressed.

Non-existent customer service. No reply to emails using both email addresses. Have had to reach out to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to report Christian Rose which seems to be run by a kid out his bedroom. My experience seems to be consistent with what others are saying.

great product and design. Little on the expensive side and can be slow to restock but over all I love this cap.
Lovely hat and the recipient was very happy with the product however the packaging was poor and the box it was delivered in was completely battered upon arrival.

Sent me wrong item have emailed multiple times put not getting any reply. Avoid these guys quick to tak etc your money but when they mess up you can’t get hold of them
Appalling company, avoid at all costs.
Bought 2 caps, trying to return one of them and there is no returns address on the site and no means of obtaining it. I have email both the info@christianroseclothing and customercare@christianroseclothing email address and have yet to get any response.
This is an absolute scam and they should not be able to continue trading. Hopefully the poor experiences of customers like myself will warn off potential future customers before they use this company.
