Bait and switch
I order leather Santa style pants and a leather Santa style jacket and got a crappy hoodie and some sweat pants. Paid a rather large amount of money. Have been ignored by email and feel robbed.

The only thing Christmas Shops cant do, is arrive by Christmas
Ordered beginning of December. Now It is the 22nd and all of the Christmas parties that I was going to wear their items have still not arrived.
Tracking info has it still in customs in Belgium.
Customer service is only an auto reply of the tracking info again. I am now traveling for a month. I have asked, as of today 6 times how to return/refund. Never a response.
It wad too late for me to read on their site thatwe pay to return to Belgium or wherever.
just wish that working with customers and communicating with customers was their priority

Bait and Switch Scam site. Shipped lower quality items
I ordered two items from the website and despite spending extra for express delivery both items took almost a month to arrive.
On opening the parcel both items have been substituted with lower quality alternative items that did not match the material, quality or specific design of what I had ordered.
The aftersales email refused to provide a return address. My impression is one of being scammed and I have had to contact my card provider to get redress as the company hasn’t acted with any integrity. SCAMMERS.
