Exceptional products and customer service!
This review is for Christmasstoredirect.com in Preston in the U.K. I’d just like to say how good their customer service is. I bought 3 each of their Gardman hanging plastic holly topiary and poinsettia balls, like hanging baskets for the front of the house. They had the best price online, plus a popup that said they would give 10% discount for the first order. They said the items would be delivered the following Monday (I placed the order on a Thursday evening). I could not find anywhere during checkout to add the popup 10% discount code, so I paid full price, still reasonable, but emailed them to let them know. I received an email back today, the following Monday, to apologise for the lack of discount code box at checkout and confirmation that 10% had been refunded to me. Also, the items were actually delivered on the Saturday, so earlier than expected and I was able to hang them up over the weekend. They were well packaged and excellent quality plastic holly and poinsettia balls, am very happy with them. They tend to only last about 3-4 years, due to weather and sun damage, so these are replacements for some which are past their best. Would highly recommend this company and will look at them a bit earlier next year for their other Christmas items, as they have a great variety and range. Many thanks!
