Could be great but poor packaging and service
Could be great. But customer service is really lacking and packaging is poor. Item arrived in damaged packaging and missing screws. Customer service whilst initially helpful have now. It responded. Clearly have an issue with the warehouse as my other order (through Amazon) also had damage to the packaging but all the bits were included. Pity as are lovely beds that are tool free. At a minimum they should sell/have replacement screws!

Small Sheds
This is the third small shed I have purchased from Christow. Generally happy, only gave 4 stars as there was some damage to the lower shelf and feet of this unit, which was a little disappointing. I fixed the damage myself as I didn't want the bother of returning the shed, etc., etc., and getting a new one.

Excellent customer service
Great quality artificial trellis and outstanding customer service. One arrived in a different shade, but the company quickly sent a replacement and didn’t require the original to be returned. Very pleased with the product and the way the issue was handled. Would definitely buy from them again.
