Refund was not paid
I cancelled an order and was told that the refund would be made within 3-5 working days. Over two weeks later, I haven’t received the refund. Now I’ve been told it will take another 3-5 working days to be processed. Not good enough.

Excellent quality side table
Excellent quality side table which looks lovely in my lounge. Price was very competitive.
As a non DIY’er, it took me a couple of hours to make but if I can make a table with a drawer, then anyone can!
Delivered promptly by my usual EVRI delivery driver so it arrived safely with no issues.

East to follow instructions and easy assembly.
Very happy with the quality. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the assembly itself (it required two people) was a doddle.

Parasol quality is fantastic and price…
Parasol quality is fantastic and price was excellent.
Delivery service also great and could even pick a day when was convenient for me which was very handy.
Product was shipped out pretty much the same day.

I ordered a parasol and base
I ordered a parasol and base. The delivery was in 2 parts but very swift and easy. When I put up the parasol for the first time I noticed the rubber seal at the base of the parasol was split. I took photos and emailed customer service. Within a couple of days another parasol was despatched, no fuss no questions just excellent customer service. Thank you
