Payment Taken – No Subscription – No Response From Support
I paid for a Chronicle AI subscription, but the subscription was never activated, even though the payment was successfully processed through Link.
Before paying, the Chronicle AI website looked professional and the AI diary features seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience after payment has been extremely concerning.
The payment processor confirms that the transaction was completed, but my account still shows no active subscription.
I contacted Chronicle AI through their support link, but I have received no reply at all. There is no visible support email address, and the contact form does not allow attachments, so I was unable to send proof of payment.
At this point:
My payment has been taken
The service has not been delivered
Support does not respond
There is no clear contact method
I don't know if my card will be charged again next month
This creates the impression that there is no real customer support behind this service.
Right now I cannot tell whether Chronicle AI is a legitimate subscription service or simply an unattended website collecting payments.
If Chronicle AI resolves this issue and activates the subscription or refunds the payment, I will update this review.
Until then, I recommend extreme caution before paying for this service.
