Fake scam company! I ordered a folding treadmill, waited weeks and finally the tracking info said they had attempted delivery in Australia- I live in UK! I contacted the company with no response. Revisited the website which had been taken down, and finally contacted my credit card company and managed to get my money back. Thank goodness I paid with credit card!

Scam. Bought a mirror in December and they never delivered it. Sent me a fake delivery link and then never got back to me. Do not buy from them.

I ordered an oversized mirror, on 14th February and was sent a tracking link, displaying the product as being shipped to Australia.
Too good to be true; do not waste your money on this fraudulent website.

Just like other reviews have said. This is a scam. Ordered a treadmill advertised on social media. When it hadn’t arrived I emailed and was told that it was due to be dispatched and there was higher demand than anticipated, refused to refund me (I was within the 14 days of purchase) and now are not replying to emails. Website seems to have disappeared too! I have raised this with my bank so hopefully will be refunded.

Scammed bought a treadmill and still not arrived now the email adress isn't responding to my email and tracking number isn't working. Hopefully my bank can refund this.

I ordered a treadmill it’s been four weeks and it says delivered in Australia I live in the UK i’ve emailed them there’s no telephone number. The website ain’t working now this is a joke

I've got no one but myself to blame for this, but if something seems too good to be true, it probably is! As everyone else has stated, this is a scam company. Thankfully, my bank refunded me when the mirror I saw in an Instagram ad never appeared.

I ordered this is February and took payment, now the website is non existing, they delieved to Australia and I am in the United Kingdom,, I have been scammed. I don't know how to get my money back for an item I did not recieve. And the emails don't work.

Like everyone else on here, saw the 2-in-1 treadmill advertised all over social media. Finally gave in and ordered it. When I looked at reviews for chronolla before purchasing, no reviews came up. I wish these scam reviews had come up before I purchased!
Now the website is no longer there. It’s been 3 weeks and have had no responses from my emails.
I’ve contacted my bank, hopefully I get my money back :(

Do not order I ordered a treadmills four weeks ago tried emailing them several times no response now it’s showing attempted delivery in Australia I live in the uk. I saw there ad on instagram absolute scam.

Absolutely a scam! I bought a mirror after seeing and an on Instagram, and I felt something was off when it was both an Italian and Chinese postal service,even though I was given a tracking number by chronolla, there was no tracking available with the Italian or Chinese one, the item apparently went to a completely wrong address, I managed to get my money back through my bank and changed my card, then the next day I began receiving calls from Bangladesh on WhatsApp! so I’m assuming they sold my details, I was beyond angry, avoid them at all costs!!!

Bought a large standing mirror didnt receive it after 3 weeks so emailed them never had a response and now there website has disappeared there definitely scammers

Dishonest company. Ordered a mirror that didn't arrive for four weeks. Not responding to any emails. A completely fraudulent website that must be avoided at all costs.
