Horrible x 2

Horrible.
Horrible customer service.
Horrible shipping times. They took 4 times as long as they stated they would when i ordered.
When items came in, one was completely out of the box, in pieces, and the box eas destroyed.
I would NEVER order from them again.
If it weren’t such a hassle dealing with them, I would return everything!
**After this review, they stated they would offer a return, but when I reached out for the return they gave me the same run around. Hence, this edit!!

Appalling service and poor quality product

I purchased a watch strap for my Apple Watch. When it eventually arrived it was so difficult to put on that I asked for a refund. The process of getting a refund has been so complicated that I have yet to receive a sensible response. For a full refund I have to pay for the return and then wait for them to decide (this is after feeling forced into sending a video showing the problem with the strap) or I can get half the money back and put the unacceptable experience behind me. There has been no attempt to address this sensibly and I have to chase up responses. This company clearly doesn’t care about customers or customer service

Avoid at all costs. Terrible company. Cheap Products. Horrible delivery.

It took 19 days for my iPhone 17 case from @chubbycable to arrive. On the day of delivery the delivery service Ggofoexpress.usa delivered it to the wrong house, a full three blocks away. How people can't follow a GPS in 2025 is beyond me. Because the delivery was taking so long
ChubbyCable said they'd throw in a cable. They didn't. The case was pretty to look at - chubbycable has the best marketing / PR team on the planet - all flash and no substance.
But the case was very flimsy, and cheap feeling. I knew if l ever dropped it, it would break.
Furthermore, it doesn't have a magnet on the back to attach to a MagSafe charger. Every iphone case made has the ability to do that.
Except Chubby cable.
I asked them for a refund. They didn't even reply.
Avoid Chubby Cable at all costs. They are a terrible company.

Do not buy the screen protector

Do not buy the screen protectors, they break easy and the privacy screen doesn’t work properly. Advertised fake. Won’t let me reply to their reply but no I did not order the hd protector at all 😂

Too much spam. Don't over do it

Ordered a cable from these guys, no cable delivered yet, but spam in my inbox every single day since, sometimes twice a day. No one needs that much marketing about usb cables. Give it a break!
Update: you're wrong, I didn't order a screen protector. My cables did turn up, but my point was about the outrageous number of spam emails. You need to know it's so much I never will buy from you again

Cheap crap

Ordered a phone cover for my flip 7. What arrived can only be described as absolute crap. Thin ,flimsy . Offers no protection whatsoever. The hinge is so weak and pathetic it's laughable. Total 100 percent rip off.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, UNLESS YOU LIKE POSSIBLY BEING SCREWED AROUND.

NOT Shipping seems to be an issue here, with a label number only being generated, but no activity after a month. Their website quotes a much quicker turn around, which didn't happen. I emailed customer service and received a very vague general response, claiming to "resend" the items- but the initial order never even went out. I want a refund and will be calling paypal to resolve this issue and refund my money.

Worst company yet

My wife order new protector for our phone back in Aug. and they told us our packages were lost anew issued and new order and we’re still waiting for something tho arrive. Customer service is a joke and the tracking Information seems to be a scam

Unbeatable Quality and Customer Service

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

DONT USE RHIS CONPANY!! Screen protector provided does allow you to use the front camera on my iPhone 14 Plus. The front camera is an oblong camera but the screen protector only has a small circle so when you use the front camera is ultra blurry so doing zoom or FaceTime calls is out of the question and taking selfies. Jen this was brought to chubbycables attention they came back to me saying to keep the screen protectors but only if you buy something else off us at 50% off. When I said no I’d like the correct screen protector they refused to assist.

iPhone case is terrible

iPhone case is terrible. Color rubbing off after a couple weeks use. Back of iPhone cracked while case was on. No protection.
Notified customer service and was told color rubbing was normal

Had issues with the screen protector…

Had issues with the screen protector film not fully releasing causing issues with adhesion. Contacted customer service and they made the problem right. Great customer service highly recommend Chubby products.
