I verymuch enjoyed the sample bottle I tried - the strong fizzy/parmesan flavour appealed very much, as I love savoury tastes.
Definitely follow the video advice on opening - it's a bit like a fire extinguisher action, and needs catching carefully!
Unfortunately I can't carry on with regular use, it's rather costly, plus my fridge simply has no room

Great natural products with quick delivery. The kefir seems to be helping. There’s a definite improvement in my stools. I have IBS so I only take a tablespoon first thing in the morning. Anything over that cause stomach cramps unfortunately. I think it may also be giving me sensitive teeth so I now rinse my mouth immediately after having the kefir. Interestingly I’ve also started giving my dog a teaspoon everyday. She had severe diarrhoea after a procedure and the kefir sorted her tummy out very quickly.
I’m not so positive about the kefir sensitive lotion. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin. Unfortunately the lotion caused irritation immediately and my face was very red and burning (to be fair to Chuckling Goat, most skincare products do this to me). I believe the kefir is acidic and I just have researched it first.
I will hopefully continue with the kefir

Excellent facial soaps, long lasting and soothing. Postal charges seem higher than necessary when order is not required urgently.

This company is the best at customer service with prompt, efficient responses and the products are all very effective and do what they say! Consistent use is the way to best results. The follow up on the gut micro biome test was also very comprehensive, with a long phone discussion and findings all in writing with recommendations. I highly recommended!! I ordered the live kefir from Chuckling Goat and it is genuinely excellent. The quality is outstanding and it clearly contains very active cultures – so do be careful when opening, as it really is like champagne when it over flows from the bottle.

The instructional video was extremely helpful and reassuring, especially if you are new to live kefir. It is refreshing to see a company that takes the time to educate customers rather than simply sell.

I am very happy to support independent organic farmers, and Chuckling Goat feels like a business with real integrity behind it. I will definitely be ordering again.

The products are fully explained on the Website, with in depth information available on line. The products always arrive on time with plenty of notice about delivery times. Have never experienced any problems.

Hiatus Hernia - problems with reflux -

I find Kefir Milk marvellous for settling down the reflux that I experience-
Ten out of ten — it does the job - plus my stomach is much happier -
Far better than the medication I’ve been given.

My monthly deliver of kefir always turns up on time and I can easily skip a couple of weeks if I'm away. The kefir is very good!
