The customer service is really good helpful.I make a smoothie in the mornings adding Complete Prebiotic
and Kerfir it has made such a difference no more bloating and feeling uncomfortable. My family all had
colds and a virus over Christmas although in close contact I didn’t catch it, maybe it has helped my immune system. Thank you

I have been using the kefir and prebiotic for my daughter since October to help her with her acne and we have seen very little progression until I used cow's raw milk kefir (from a local supplier) over the Christmas holidays as a trial and the change was dramatic in a number of days. I didn't think to check if Chuckling Goat uses pasteurised milk until after this experiment and now understand that the raw milk is key (for us) to healing my daughter's skin. I also read Shann Jones' book on skin care and realise now that the goat milk used to help her son heal would have been raw milk which made a dramatic difference. But with pasteurised, you are losing all of the benefits and are using dead milk which even with the kefir added will not give you the full benefits of raw milk. I will say that the we have been using the prebiotic mixture with the raw milk kefir and that combination has been a winner, so I will keep ordering that. But unless Chuckling Goat makes a raw milk version, I will not be renewing my order.

*NB: The raw milk supplier I get mine from is a former veterinarian who uses Shetland cows who graze on an organic certified farm (by the Soil Association) and allows the calves to remain with their mothers.

I suffer with eczema and was first introduced to the goats milk kefir during a horrendous systemic eczema flare in 2017 lasting 10 months. I was bandaged head to toe for 4 months and a family member recommended chuckling goat. Using this with a good diet I have had little flares but nothing like I have previously experienced. I know eczema is a trivial condition and heartbreaking in every moment when you are in it but this has now become a morning ritual with a prebiotic smoothie and i am still reaping the rewards of no bandages and clearer skin. Furthermore, I struggle with adhd tendencies and have since ordered the mushroom blend which I'm excited to try as I embark on a masters degree. The ongoing support online and accommodating friendly staff makes this company so unique. I'm proud to be a chuckling goat supporter and encourage anyone who is debating a change for the better to seek their incredible advice and guidance. It will make a difference. Did not like the taste of the powdered prebiotic, made me feel ill, waste of money

I use chuckling goat for their prebiotic powder and their Boswellia tincture. Both are excellent supplements one for gut health the other for arthritis in joints.

I loved the super fast next day delivery - amazing! We already subscribe to the kefir and complete prebiotic as a household, but I wanted to try the "toiletries", so purchased the soothing lotion and the soothing bar of soap. I am absolutely loving the lotion which I use on my face every day and this is still going strong, however, the bar of soap was gone and all used up before two weeks from the delivery day were up... This was a shocker. I did not expect the bar of soap to disappear within two weeks. Very disappointing. Hence one star deduction. Not sure I can justify £5 a week just to wash my body every night in the shower... Maybe an occasional treat. Such a shame as I love the smell and everything about it...if only it could last at least a month.

I can’t overestimate the quality of the Kefir and the standard of service from Chuckling Goat!
For some years we’ve been taking the Kefir and in the last year added the Complete Prebiotic. It’s really reduced my IBS symptoms to nothing most of the time. The odd little flare up if I’m very stressed or my diet goes weird for some reason.
My husband had side effects from radiotherapy that caused him some bowel problems. But again the Kefir made a significant improvement.
When we go away we just let them know via online chat and the deliveries are changed to suit us immediately. Such helpful staff, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Have used CG for many years now, initially Kefir then collagen, prebiotic and now skin lotions. Great products and customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have been using CG Kifir and Prebiotic for several years. I had a lot of gut issues and they are completely resolved.
This year I had Covid and felt lousy. Dreadful headache, throat, very painful congested sinus. I decided to try CG oil (not Natural clean essential oil) haven’t tried that yet ! I used a plug-in steam vaporiser with a few drops of oil added to the water. It was a game changer. It started to ease all my symptoms. I used it for several days, AM and PM.
I also use it on return flight trips.
I can’t praise the oil highly enough and CG as a company. Always so helpful.

I have been buying Chuckling Goat kefir, fish collagen, prebiotic and mushroom blend powder for about a year. I love their products. No more IBS, feel more energetic.

The quality of the Kefir and prebiotic is second to none. I have noticed how my immune response has been improved this winter and whilst others around me were catching flu and covid, I stayed well.

I have had a subscription for kefir, the prebiotic and collagen for a few years now. I love the products but what also makes Chuckling Goat stand out is the customer service.
Any queries are dealt with positively and promptly and there are never any issues in pausing my subscription when travelling. Communication is always timely, friendly and helpful. Really excellent.

So I jumper straight in an bought a subscription and regretted it as soon as ai tasted the first mouthful lol! BUT BEAR WITH IT!! By day three I was drinking the full 170ml without flinching. The 4th bottle was a little lumpy at times and I did struggle with that first thing in the morning. But otherwise it was fine. I already take a prebiotic tablet so didn't notice any difference health wise

Have been purchasing CG probiotic goats keffir and my prebiotic powder for a number of years on a monthly subscription.
I'm 70 years old and have to cope with osteoarthritis and consequences of joint replacements resulting from childhood arthritis (hospital in patient and outpatient for 4 yrs 1957-1961. After building up my immune system with CG products, I stopped using all GP/NHS prescribed medicines and have experienced improved good health ever since. I escaped all the viruses/bacterial diseases of the past 3/4 years despite regularly looking after 'sick' grandchildren. I am sure that the CG products have been a major contributor to my improved health and for being able to avoid the clutches of Big Pharma. Thoroughly recommend - worth every penny.
