I have a subscription with ‘Chuckling Goat’for Kefir(probiotic) and prebiotic. I started subscribing in the Autumn/Winter 2025 and have never looked back. Since my gut adjusted to the new regime, I feel healthier and I’m as regular as clockwork all thanks to Chuckling Goat. Simply the best on the UK market……Highly recommended.

I have been buying kefir from CG for the last 5 years and I think it is an excellent product. I also buy the prebiotic and collagen and have tried the lotions and soaps which are also great products.
Customer service is by far the best I have experienced with any company - prompt, friendly, professional and helpful.
The microbiome test is extremely informative and the nutritional support post test results is excellent.

After trying many many potions , lotions , herbal remedies .. for my psoriasis flare up I bought a sample bottle of kefir and a kefir lotion . I saw a difference in days .. I just wished I’d tried earlier as the guttate psoriasis had covered my lower legs and arms for around 3 months .
The taste is absolutely awful in my opinion, but after trying the semi and regular version i ‘prefer’ the regular. I now have blueberries and strawberries ready to take straight after and that really helps !
I’m currently using the break out kefir lotion .. I’ve also tried the calm down and the soothing . They’re all as good as each other . I use a lot to leave a white layer over my skin , but it does rub in easily too .
Also bought the Complete Prebiotic. . I’m going to keep a healthy gut and hopefully will stop any more flare ups

Although I absolutely hate the taste of both the kefir goat milk and the prebiotic they worked within one week so I was still on the lower dose all my symptoms are gone and I really serious stress hives and had steroids from the doctors which helps temporarily but the came back and nothing could help this helped within six days got rid of everything I am thrilled with it although it does taste awful.

I am a regular user of Cuuckling Goats Prebiotic, Kefir, skin lotions & soaps because I know they are all hand produced from top quality natural ingredients. Their customer service team are very knowledgeable, quick to respond, & really helpful.

Excellent products

I use chuckling goat kefir plus prebiotic and now a kefir cream for sensitive skin. My allergy problems are beginning to return to normal. The cream is one of only 2 that my skin will tolerate . The kefir has taken away my asthma and given me more energy.

In my opinion “The Chuckling Goat” probiotic & prebiotic is the very best quality on the market. I don’t like the taste of goats milk but I simply mix it into a smoothie with a variety of fruits and veg and taste the deliciousness. The advisors are quick to respond on the chat line and knowledgeable top. I have asked their advice many times and always satisfied with their replies.

Excellent service with orders delivered as needed, with timely reminders and every opportunity to adjust contents or timings when necessary.

Prebiotic seems to be helping with my reflux (reduced tablets by well over 50%) - found it worked best if I had it first thing with nothing else until after I'd washed and dressed. Kefir Light should also be greatly helping my gut bacteria (92% Zoe score).

I’ve been using Chuckling Goat products for over a year now, and they’ve been great. Starting off with the kefir and then the soaps and the prebiotic, the quality has been brilliant.

Excellent company: ethical, friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly their products are great. My favourites: goat kefir, complete prebiotic (old formula), mushroom blend, fish collagen and their range of loose teas.

Best kefir around I think! A little tart but with fresh fruit and a little chuckling goat prebiotic to feed them it’s a great everyday shake.
Great customer support for any questions, never had a complaint !
Would recommend over shop bought every time. The only down side is the price tag but that buys quality kefir!

I tried this kefir about a year ago, and since then, I was hooked! It sure is quite pricey, but IMHO well worth the money for your gut health and the morning routine. I drink it after water first thing in the morning. Sometimes I get their prebiotic powder that feeds the good bugs. Look out for discounts in your inbox! I’ve have had a subscription for Chuckling Goat Kefir for quite a number of years now, and I occasionally buy their Complete Prebiotic Powder for undeniable benefits.
My recent order arrived speedily with excellent regular updates from the courier with an hour delivery slot, which they have always achieved.

I take both Kefir and Complete Prebiotic .
After decades of suffering with IBS Chuckling Goat was the silver bullet.
I only wish it had happened earlier.

I’ve had a very sensitive stomach for many years but only two weeks in taking the Chuckling Goat Kefir, I can already feel a calmness in my whole body. I’ve not felt this good for years and I know I will stay with Chuckling Goat for as long as they’ll have me.
My next journey is with their prebiotic.

My husband and I are both enjoying better sleep after starting kefir and complete prebiotic. It uplifts one’s whole system.
