I haven't been taking the Keffir or prebiotic for long but have high hopes. I have been in contact with Chuckling Goat through their chat many times and can only say how impressed I am with their response time and knowledge. I have already recommended them to others and look forward to reaping the benefits of their products.

I have ordered both the kefir and the Complete Prebiotic as I have fatty liver disease and diverticulitis. I have been taking the Complete Prebiotic for about 3 months and reintroduced the kefir 2 weeks ago and have found a big improvement in my symptoms. The kefir does take some getting used to and started by adding a banana to a kefir milk shake and can now drink it neat.

I have shopped with CG for many years and purchase a range of products from them including Keifer, prebiotic, skin care products and their wonderful teas, I also participate in the microbiome testing that is available through CG. The knowledge, care and experience that goes into their products and their consultations earns them 5 stars from me every time, the skin care range is wonderful and does what it says on the can/bottle/jar, the skin issues I suffer from disappear with use of these products. The 'sing me to sleep' tea does exactly that, sadly no singing though and the 'get me through the day' tea and skin rescue are incredible too. Since taking keifer I have not had a full blown cold for years and good that it does me is priceless. The customer service is first class, packaging is safe and secure, with excellent delivery times and information on the whole process sent by email and text. Is this all true you ask? Yes it is, they are a brilliant company with fantastic products.

The most efficient products I have used.
I used to have an 'upset stomach' for days no matter how much fruit or vegetables I had in my diet.
No such thing since I use chuckling goat products!

Excellent product. Excellent service. I’ve been drinking this kefir along with the chuckling Goat prebiotic for two years. I wouldn’t be without it. I no longer suffer with diverticulitis,indigestion or heartburn. All three of these conditions ruled my life a few years ago. Thank you everyone at Chuckling Goat.

Chuckling Goat's Kefir tastes so natural, fresh, creamy and tangy...it is simply the real deal! It feels RIGHT to drink it and I'm always looking forward to my next "shot". I wish the milk itself was unpasteurized though, but I imagine the company is not allowed to sell it that way due to legal reasons and it's no big deal. Seems to be helping me heal the small patch of eczema on my lower right leg (in conjunction with their prebiotic), although that could be due to other stuff I'm taking simultaneously. All in all, I highly recommend the Kefir, as well as Chuckling Goat of course, as their gut experts were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the live chat. Great company full stop.

Chuckling Goat probiotic kefir and patriotic supplement to address long standing but problems. So far, the results are promising and well worth continuing so I have taken out a subscription.

A friend recommended the kefir from Chuckling Goat
and I have found it very beneficial. I have tried the prebiotic which is great.
I highly recommend their microbiome testing kit as well.

I’ve recently started drinking chuckling goats kefir and taking the prebiotic.. I’m amazed how quickly I got results. I was wrongly diagnosed a year ago of suffering from acid reflux and was prescribed medication that absolutely trashed my microbiome. I felt unwell and fatigued every day.. I tried so many supplements etc to get myself feeling healthy again. It helped, but nothing compared to the results I’ve experienced from taking kefir and prebiotics combined. I can’t tell you how happy I am to find this ‘magic’ cure.. something so basic and simple but fiercely effective. The back up from their health nutritionists has been invaluable. Thank you chuckling goat. I will spread the word.

This product is just perfect!! Has a surprisingly pleasant taste when mixed into kefir smoothie. It dissolves incredibly well, even without using a blender, which I was surprised to discover, I expected lumps. If mixed in a glass with just the kefir, I use nothing more than a fork. If you want more ingredients such as fruit and collagen powder, best to use a blender. My good bugs are happily munching away on this natural gourmet breakfast every morning and I’m convinced that it really helps my immune system stay tip top and my gut healthy.

This kefir saved my life! I had issues with my gut since I can remember, but now I drink every morning a smoothie with forest fruits, banana, kefir, and I teaspoon of prebiotic and I am a new human. :D Also I love the smell and the taste as it reminds me of my childhood. My advice is to take it step by step so your body gets used to it and drink a lot of water ( I can see the difference when I don't drink as much, and it is not great). I see this ritual as a healing gift for my body. Hope you have a great experience too!

I have been using Chuckling Goat's kefir for some years. I take the three week course every three months. It has certainly improved my immune response and digestion which in turn helps your overall health. I am also currently taking the prebiotic and would recommend this too. Excellent service with speedy delivery and a knowledgeable and informative website.

The kefir arrived with the timeframe provided. They were v tart as expected but I soon got used to the taste and fizziness. The prebiotic powder was sweet in taste which was pleasant although unexpected. Thank you

Been suffering stomach discomfort during the night for a few months,
been told by GP is IBS.
Never like to take medication to suppress symptoms.
After a few day taking Complete Prebiotic, noticed discomfort has gone.
I like the taste , made a nice drink.
Just wonder if this is something I would need to take continuously?
