Quick responses to enquiries and excellent delivery system. More importantly, I've had great success with the kefir after spending years trying to alleviate reflux problems. I'm now also using the prebiotic. Thank you Chuckling Goats!!

I'm an eczema sufferer, have been all my life. I'm giving the Complete Prebiotic for the gut a go. I have taken it for about 18 days and feel that the eczema is not so angry. Now can go up to four hours without that terrible wanting to scratch my face and arms off. Even when the itching starts, if I stand under the cool shower for a few minutes it calms the body down. Over the years I've been given so many chemical creams, moisturisers, pretend soaps and so on, cut out dairy for 48 days, the same with white bread, rice, pasta, etc. and sugar to no avail, and no one has suggested trying something like Complete Prebiotic. I have always felt there is something inside me which is fighting something else inside me but, in my opinion only, I believe that as eczema is not life threatening, only debilitating, embarrassing and oh so painful at times, not much money is put into research for it. I will continue with the Complete Prebiotic powder for six months to give it a really good time to work. I put it in a smoothie each morning, that way its quite pleasant to take.

The staff @ Chuckling Goat try so hard especially Shann who has gone to huge trouble to help me navigate the results of the Microbiome test using her prebiotic powder as well as their live goat kefir, fruit and other natural products for a daily smoothie which make it much more palatable. It’s still early days .......

Really impressed with this company. Great communication and speedy delivery. The Kefir has really improved my Ulcerative Colitis and I am now taking the prebiotic too. Highly recommend.

I had a problem placing my order and didn’t find the live chat very helpful so was in full-on-grumpy-customer mode by the time I spoke to anyone. They even got the company owner to call me and listen to my grumpyness which shows a commitment to their customers. I expected my order on the Monday but it arrived next day. I don’t know if they put it on special delivery but if they did, another tick in the great service box. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely, including a super cute teapot which I love. I haven’t been brave enough to try the tea yet, I want my tummy to make friends with all the bacteria stuff first. The Prebiotic powder is a first for me. It’s a ‘pinch your nose and get it down’ job! I’ve never had goat kefir before and it was so sharp it reminded me of chewing a sloe straight off the tree before I knew any better! I have been really poorly for some time so I am prepared to ‘take my medicine’. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect, I really don’t care if it is, the fact is that my tummy and it’s associates have worked better and more comfortably literally from the start of the second morning of taking these products. And that makes me feel so much better in myself and hopeful for further improvements. I’ve even slept quite well this week. So...good responsive service to grumpyness, possibly amazing products, it has to be 5 stars and I will be signing up for their regular delivery now. Thank you Chuckling Goat, I cant quite believe that I have a chance of feeling so much better.

We are regular subscribers to the Complete Prebiotic mix from Chuckling Goat. It tastes surprisingly nice, particularly mixed with apple juice and water and it is good to know that your children get a dose of goodness into their body every day! The service of Chuckling Goat is excellent, even during the lockdown.

I've pur chased both kefir and prebiotic powder to get my gut into optimal health.
These two products I'd regard as the best solution on the global market.

But I genuinely believe your Kefir and the prebiotic powder has saved me from the gastro issues many fellow long haul sufferers have experienced. Fantastic product and service. The kefir Takes time to work it’s magic but after a few months or more I started to feel better. I am coeliac and it actually took about a year to feel the benefit . Adding the prebiotic powder also really helped and I am reaping the health benefits now. If you have any questions staff are online to help you out and get back to you very quickly .

I love Chuckling Goat and all of their products. I am a very frequent customer and enjoy their kefir and prebiotic powder as well as their range of herbal teas and skincare (cleansing bars and lotions). Delivery is always prompt, even during the current crisis, and their customer service is consistently helpful, friendly and informative. I have been on anti biotics for rosacea for over a year so thought I could do with some gut help. I have been taking the prebiotic and the kefir for three weeks, and I love the taste of the kefir. Hopefully my gut will love it too and I will not need to go back to the drugs. Subscription is good, always delivered on time. Very good products and I highly recommend them.

It is expensive and especially the new prebiotic powder which I find very expensive for what it is. But, the customer service is excellent and the products really work. Sometimes I tell my husband, well I’d rather buy a bottle of good kefir that gives me great energy than a bottle of mediocre wine....

Excellent all round... brilliant quality, exceptional communication and accurate delivery... who could ask for more!
The prebiotic powder will take me a bit of getting used to ... but that is all on me, as again, great product... just more of a challenge for a newbie.
