Just been on chat line with Chuckling Goat. They got back to me within 1 minute! And answered my questions very knowledgeable friendly and supportive. I have bought kefir from this company for couple of years and now buying their prebiotic powder. They supply excellent products and their delivery service is 100% reliable.
I wish every company were like the Chuckling Goat, a real people’s company. So Happy with them. Thanks to Dr Michael Mosley for mentioning them in his book I bought a couple of years ago!

There are 18 different natural sources of prebiotic in our powder - none of them chosen for their good flavouring, all present for their powerful therapeutic effect on your gut. Sometimes good medicine doesn't taste good! We don't add any sweeteners or flavouring because these things are not gut-friendly. If you struggle with the consistency, simply blend it into a smoothie.

We are only three weeks into using kefir and are already feeling the benefits. Bowel movements are becoming more regular and duration of gastritis pain less frequent. Recently added the complete prebiotic alongside the kefir and this packs a stronger punch in terms of regulating my entire digestive system. Energy levels seems to have increased with better concentration. At night, a drop or two of CG oil on my pillow or duvet instantly uplifts my senses, mood and promotes a relaxing sleep. The products are premium but, I can't forget the people behind the scenes. When I needed advice and kept asking never ending questions, they were very patient, kept me at ease and provided the information I required to make informed decisions. My package even arrived two days before the allotted time! All I can say is this - can you afford not to be on Chuckling Goat's Kefir?

I take two tablespoons of kefir in the morning and evening plus a teaspoon of prebiotic inulin with milk before going to bed. This has transformed my digestion resulting in a good vacation the next morning.
