Spa goers stepping on glass in sauna!

my email to management! June 2025

Another spa member stepped in glass btw! Read below:

First and foremost the two workers in the mens locker room are destroying your business.
>
> I go there biweekly but will not any longer. If that is who my money is going to, I will not be there and neither will the men that witnessed their disgusting behavior. If I do not get a response FROM YOU and an update I will escalate the situation.
> I will not support the business if they are working there. I work to hard for my money to be disrespected in a place I PAID FOR!
>
> I am writing reviews, contacting BBB, and Inspectors.
>
> Incident:
> I man got injured in you mens sauna and was bleeding from the steam room all the way to the showers. He did not know he was bleeding so I ran out the steam room to tell him.
>
> The shorter worker with the hair that’s been working there for years comes into the shower area, does not evaluate the situation and tries to argue with me about leaving the steam room door open. I told him do NOT worry about the door, help him and look at all this blood! And I was NOT going to let him talk to me disrespectfully. I KNOW he has many complaints. Why he is working of you? He needs to go. Devaluing your business!
>
> The taller worker comes in and they both are cleaning slow. Im telling him where the blood is and THEY BOTH have attitudes he he thinks he can talk to me any kind of way as well. Once again, NOT HAVING IT, I PAID TO BE HERE!!!!
>
> The taller one was not handling the situation and is looking at people walk into the blood that are just coming in! I tell a few guys to NOT walk in the blood and to go around it! The taller worker telling me not tell people that and that he has it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I wouldn’t have said anything to anyone if he was! THAT IS NOT MY JOB! HOWEVER I AM NOT GOING TO LET PEOPLE STEP IN THE BLOOD THEY DID NOT WANT TO CLEAN! ARE YOU SERIOUS!
>
> He says something to the shorter worker and he wanted to stare at me like I was suppose to be scared. I starred at him back ask him if he had a problem. I am not intimidated by anyone….
>
> THEY NEED TO GO AND I WILL BE ADVISING PEOPLE AND OUTLETS ABOUT THIS!
