I went in just browsing and was greeted by Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help even though I told her I was only looking. She put on a smile on my face as I was leaving the store. I will definitely be back! Thank you Kim:)

My husband recently bought me a necklace at Chupi Powerscourt. I wish to acknowledge the amazing customer service and knowledge we received from the staff which helped me to choose. We dealt with Caoimhe but all staff were lovely and friendly. A lovely experience and something to treasure forever.

Was in the store recently looking for a ring and was amazed by the excellent service. I was dealing with Kim and she was great at showing me all of the options and helping me decide which one to go for. I will definitely be back!

Great staff and beautiful jewellery. Caoimhe made choosing my dream ring a magical experience for me and my fiance. I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of ring shopping but the staff put me right at ease. Overall very knowledgeable and approachable staff who couldn't do enough for us.

Bought an engagement ring in December here. Marianne was a brilliant help, very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure I understand the process, diamond ratings etc.

Beautiful pieces but they are not made to last.

I contacted Chupi after my ring broke just four years after purchase. Given the high price, I expected a high quality product that would stand the test of time. And although Chupi advertises a “lifetime of service”, I was told that because my ring design was retired, it could not be repaired or replaced.
The only option offered was a fifty percent discount on a new ring, which would still cost over €400.

I found the customer service slow, it took 3 weeks to be offered this resolution, and unclear, initially they gave me contact details for other jewellers who would be able to fix it, but then later said the ring would need to be recast, which was not possible.

I’m disappointed that my ring, which held significant sentimental value will now just sit in my jewellery box in two pieces.

Purchased the Luna Opal ring for €3,000 for my engagement - it chipped significantly within 3 months - was fully replaced. Despite following all guidelines and not even wearing my ring more than a couple of days a week, the same thing happened again - customer service was non existent - fault was firmly at my door as Chupis stones do not have defects. Paid €800 for a new stone. 5 months later after wearing the ring 8/9 times at occasions (wedding, christening, graduation etc) as at this stage I was to afraid to wear it and when I did I was exceptionally careful - it broke again. Without viewing the ring I was told the fault was mine as again their rings do not have defects and it would be another €800. I was also told that the Luna ring would not be recommended as an engagement ring by customer service- we visited their store to pick out our engagement ring and were told how amazing the ring was and Chupi herself congratulated us and told us how gorgeous the choice was !
Have since visited 2 reputable jewellers in Dundrum and both we’re shocked at the service and quality of the stone - it disintegrated when they tried to view it and said it was extremely poor quality
The most upsetting experience from start to finish

I picked up my wedding and engagement rings today from the wonderful Cecilia, who guided me through my journey of illuminating my love story with Chupi's creations from start to finish. She was so responsive, helpful, warm and talented. I also had the unforgettable honour to meet Chupi herself when picking which rings would complement an heirloom piece. My rings have been finely engraved with the dates of my engagement / wedding in roman numerals. I am overjoyed with them! Thank you to all at Chupi.

Such a fab experience picking out our engagement ring with Cecilia in Chupi. We loved how honest, kind and calm she was. She made us feel really comfortable. She really listened to what we wanted and gave us lots of time to try on a variety of rings. She explained everything in detail and mentioned lots of things we would never have thought of. We found the perfect ring! Thanks so much. Would highly recommend Cecilia and the Chupi team.

We recently had to visit Chupi to have my wife’s engagement ring repaired. Kim couldn’t have been more helpful, taking time to carefully talk us through all options available to us, and always very responsive to messages. When we decided, things moved quickly and the ring was back with us again before we knew it. Top class job and always a pleasure to visit the beautiful store in Dublin.

It was a dream to visit the Chupi store in Dublin . I’ve been a huge admirer of the brand for years . I’ve gifted my daughters with rings and was finally able to purchase something for myself . The store is gorgeous, the staff , especially Katie was most helpful and attentive.
Everything about Chupi represents the vision of customer care and service .

I knew the brand thx to social media and always thought buying a ring when in Dublin. Yesterday was the day! Spend a night in Dublin before flying back to Swizzy and went to Chupis Jewelery store. Cecilia, was super friendly and helped me find my ring size. I‘ve ordered a black diamond ring and came back the other day to order a second ring as I fell in love with the Chupi pieces - i am broke now but the jewelery is worth it ;-)

Tbh I am not wearing a lot of jewelery. So this is kind of special for me. Cecilia recognized me when I popped in again and organized the details to merge my two orders. I felt welcome and well advised. Would recommend buying in the store not only because of the very nice pieces but because the staff is so friendly and take care of you and your wishes.

I recently got engaged and Cecilia was so patient and helpful and she guided us while selecting my ring which was the 1.5ct Moonlight ring 💍 we totally fell in love with it. It exceeded my expectations for my engagment ring. Cecilia was fantastic. She made the whole experience so exciting and fun....i have already booked an appointment with Cecilia to pick my wedding band... ❤ thanks again Cecilia

We went to look for a number of rings which my partner had emailed ahead to give them the details. Isabel had them to hand when arrived and nothing was too much trouble when asked to try on alternative wedding bands. It was a pretty easy decision once saw the rings on my finger! Chupi rings as beautiful as they look on Instagram! Only thing I would say on the experience, is it would be nice to have another seating area- when spending so much on jewellery you don’t necessarily want to feel rushed by standing and think the appointment before us had over run which had knock on effect to us initially.

Isabel went the extra mile to calculate the tax as we had travelled from UK. This enabled us to go away for a cocktail and come back on reflection to say we wanted to collect in person - definitely worth anyone coming from UK to consider. Since then, we have received good email updates on progress of rings and can’t wait to collect all in person.

Great service from Chupi, my online order was dealt with by Isabel, with great efficiency and warmth. My beautiful Hawthorn Twig ring arrived well before the estimated date and is everything I could have wished for, well done 👏

Cecilia at Chupi was wonderful to work with during our visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely personable. She was able to help my Mom and I find rings for our memorable trip. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Cecilia!

I had a great appointment with Cecilia for an engagement ring last weekend. She was so lovely and helpful when choosing my ring, and so accommodating and friendly with our baby during the appointment. It was completely relaxed and it was nice to feel special while there. I was so delighted I left with the ring of my dreams!

I picked out a ruby Lucky Star pendant for a best friend for her birthday. The Chupi team were so wonderful in helping me pick out the perfect dark red charm for her. They kindly sent me photos of the different charms so we could find just the right color. Thank you so much for all of your help! ❤️
