So haven’t been able to find one of…

So haven’t been able to find one of their products reached out to company and I gotta say the people there are not very well informed or knowledgeable about their products and they do lie, I had a girl put me on hold then disconnected the call and another guy I spoke to couldn’t answer my question and after placing me on hold multiple times said he would be calling me back when he heard back from his supervisor about my question but it’s been over three hours and I seriously doubt I will get a callback

Poison in the litter

So Arm & Hammer. baking soda Has been around since the 1800s. It works wonderful to keep odors out of cat litter s9 why wld this company put febreeze and synthetic scents in their Kitty litter for the cats to breathe and lick off their paws. This shit is poison. Please stay away from it your cat is going to get deathly ill. Why not just put regular Arm & Hammer baking soda in it? Hello?

i just wanted to take time out to write…

i just wanted to take time out to write this review because i did have a bad experience buying
three spinbrush toothbrushes. when we got them home me and my children used them, and about the second or third day they stopped working. and for the price i was pretty upset. i decided to contact them on their website and let them know and i really did not expect to hear back.it hasnt been that long and i received a apology letter and refund. so although i wasnt very happy i have to say, it was pretty descent of them to acknowledge me and do that. so thank you.

Church & Dwight / Therabreath - Zero Service

No customer service given at all! I was told to go to Amazon. Would not tell me at which stores products can be found. Would not give any product knowledge. Rep actually stated that they do not deal with Canada. Terrible service!!! Interesting, all reviews are only one star. Company was much better years ago - before Church & Dwight took over!

Misleading customers

Church Dwight/ Arm & Hammer, I have compared the Essential stick deodorant New & Improved to New Look, which seems to be the latest; new Net weight is 7gr (nearly 25%) less, while same Net weight (28gr) is printed on both versions of the product. Contacted Customer service in the US, who replied that my email has been forwarded to their regional office, meanwhile this is a global sold product. After two weeks; no response from the regional office, messenger is set to an automated response, the online chat option has been disabled, as well as the product review option on the website. After a month the following response;

"Thank you for taking the time to contact Church & Dwight Co., Inc. about ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials™ Deodorant.
In response to your inquiry, Our A&H Essentials Rosemary Lavender Deodorant is in the 1.0oz (28g) canister. During manufacturing, we aim to fill at least 1.0oz (28g) of product within each canister. There is some level of weight variance allowed, which is why the weight may be different between each deodorant stick.
If you have any questions in the future, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-524-1328 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET or visit our corporate website at: ...........
Thank you for choosing Church & Dwight Co., Inc.

Note: The weight variance story is an outright lie, I've compared multiple canisters of old & new, and the weights of all new & old canisters is the exact same, and therefore also the difference in net weight between old & new is exactly the same (i.e. 7gr/ 25%). 25% Less product at the same price. It is no wonder C&D have switched off the review option on their website.
