I've purchase equipment three times already from ChurchGear and every experience was positive! The DI's and wireless units I purchased all worked perfectly and were in excellent condition. When I had a question about my latest purchase they were swift to answer.
I wouldn't hesitate in the least to purchase more equipment from their excellent team.

Sold faulty equipment that was "fully tested", had a very clear issue that we didn't test for until it had passed their return window. "not their problem anymore" after that. I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight that is unusable. Very unhappy with experience.

Got in contact with one of their reps pretty quickly and was able to discuss a couple different product options and timelines.
They were super helpful and upfront with condition of equipment and even when they were expecting new inventory.
I ended up purchasing a audio console from them and was pleased with with I got.

Easy to find what I was looking for on the website. Equipment turned up quickly, carefully packed and was exactly as described. They are responsive to questions sent via email. Overall a great experience and somewhere I will be returning to the next time I need a new piece of gear for the church.

I purchased a hard to find DBX 163X compressor from ChurchGear.com recently and was amazed at their prompt response and thoughtfulness to my inquiries. I have the good fortune of living less than an hour away from their facility and arranged to pick it up there. I expected to have it handed out a window but upon arriving, I was invited in and given a "tour" of the facility. These folks absolutely ARE what they advertise. This buying experience was better than any I've experienced in recent times.
