The only company I trust with the care of my parents. I have no words to thank this company for the excellent work and care they provide to my parents, they have prolonged their life and enabled them to continue their life with quality and to look forward to everyday.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and support provided by the Harrow branch of Churchill Healthcare. The carers, especially Anant and Jinesh, looked after our dad with such kindness, patience, and compassion—it truly made a difficult time a little easier for our family.

The office staff especially Happy, were also wonderful—always supportive, professional, and responsive.Very accommodating & flexible.Their warmth and efficiency gave us peace of mind throughout.

Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and humanity. Your work has meant so much to us.

The Carers are kind and considerate, helpful and efficient showing great understanding when attending to my wife's requirements whilst she is bed-bound.
Having been assigned to her on leaving hospital over a year ago, we cannot say we chose Churchill as her careers as the matter had not been discussed as she had a sudden unexpected bad illness.
However upon her return home, from the outset we could see the great befits of how professionally the careers went about their tasks in a friendly manner and much kindness. This together with regular contact with the head office who are only to pleased to accommodate any changes in the visits means this has been a great boost to her convalescence. We both feel that that from our experience no better service could be found anywhere else.

Excellent service
Introducing carers for my Dad was a daunting idea but Churchill have been amazing throughout the whole process. 6 months in, the team continue to be supportive, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend their services.

My wife has been looked after by the Churchill carers for about 22 months. Their carers are trained and experienced so they are professional in their approach. They are compassionate and caring but also stern when necessary. We have found the carers always doing things for my wife with a smile. They encourage her look after herself, but are quick to help if she cannot do so. The administrative staff in the Harrow office are also very helpful and always available to give advice, provide extra help when needed and quick to respond to any query. The Churchill carers have taken a big load off my shoulders by taking on this assignment. Thank you.

The carers try really hard when caring for Dad. They are very caring, very friendly and are excellent when communicating with Dad. The carers are very respectful and take feedback positively and do a great job. Thank you Churchill Healthacre for the support !

I am pleased that Hillingdon social services placed my mother with this care company... My mother was experiencing very poor care prior to being placed with this care company and I was having meetings with the social workers to see if it will be better for her to be in a care home.

I was notified by telecare that my mother had a fall whilst the carer was not present... as I was some distance away I called the care agency to inform them what had happened and they dispatched they carer immediately to support her until I could get to my mother's home.

The carers were professional and dealt with the situation professionally without panicking, and ensured that she stayed safe until London Ambulance had arrived

On discharge from hospital, despite a change in her care from a single call to a double up call (2 carers) the carers have managed my mum's new needs while her arm heals with a professional manner and have ensured she still has personcent of care.

They have attended hospital appointments with her which one consultant was quite relieved to see as it is very rare that a family member and carer support a patient together

This company has embraced the fact that it is important to try and get my mum back to full fitness following her accident. So that she can go back to single man calls once she is deemed fit

Churchill Carers Harrow
Our experience with the carers is responsible and responsive. The management team work together and do their very best with our dad, who isn’t an easy person to work with. All potential medical conditions and ailments are reported to the GP straight away and we are kept informed. They support the family by assisting with emergency hospital visits and are very proactive is they spot any unusual bruises or blemishes. The carers are kind and helpful, try their very best every day.

My mother has been a client of Churchill (Harrow branch) for 5 years now. Going from home visits to live-in care over the years. I rely on them heavily as I live in USA and can only be with my mum 3 or 4 times a year. In this situation trust, commitment and communication are key from both sides and I have no concerns in this regard whatsoever. It is a huge responsibility for both the carers and management staff at Churchill and to know they are on top of everything, keeping me up-to-date on every detail is huge for my peace of mind. Over the years, we have worked together to solve any issues that may have a risen and they are always open to suggestions and willing to listen.
The kindness and compassion the carers show my mum is a true blessing for both of us.

Churchills health care luton ,after complaining thinking things would be changed if I had a meeting with the bosses nothing is changed, even have a camera in the house catching these carers lying they still seem to be able to get employed with churchills (luton) if I you have a relatives or family with a Churchhill Care
in Luton I would seriously look into whether they’re actually getting the care as these carers are not doing their jobs when you’re not watching them they turn up for five minutes and Then they are gone but they put down they’ve been there a lot longer things just don’t get done you shout complain then you’re told things will change that still the same absolutely shocking service I will be reporting this to Luton power Council With and my concerns that all the people that Churchill look after I believe Are not getting looked after properly and I do have others backing me up about voicing my concerns

The service is excellent! . The staff and carer are friendly. Always on time . My mum is happy with carers as she can communicant with them in Gujarati. I would highly recommend Churchill when it comes to looking after the elderly.
